@broadrippletickets Again, it is unfortunate you were unhappy with your experience. We take negative feedback very seriously and are always looking for ways to improve our services. I have reviewed your account and made note of your comments.
Seriously unimpressed at the multiple failures that resulted in the unacceptably long down time. Am impressed with how Taylor Giddens is handling the issue by responding in detail to client questions (albeit after insistance from having received partial answers from his support staff), and their plans to mitigate against this reocurring.
Codeo Has a good quality of service. I've had relationships with several companies but codero's availability and support team really help you pursue your immediate goals. Now I trust that if they were down, it's probably a big deal and that they are working hard to keep our business.
I don't think that's really fair. It could have been a hardware issue beyond their control. Even with regular testing, software can glitch and hardware can still go bad between tests.
Could it be an effect of your recent expansions ? I've seen major advertisements around the web for codero and several articles of your recent SAS 70 Type certification. So I'm aware that your growth rate has been rapidly increasing over the past few weeks. I thought the whole point of a back up data center is to insure that this wouldn't happen. It's so easy to switch hosting providers. Especially when good quality companies like Liquid web offer free migration services. lol
AVOID CODERO!

It was actually inadequate hardware. It is up to the consultant to make sure they specify decent equiptment so this kind of thing doesn't happen.
