It is pretty much a P.O.S. I had three in two months. Yeah they broke in two months. I do love the way they hit, but if they aren't durable they are not worth it. I have blx's right now and they are fine. Hit solid and are durable. It's my opinion sorry I just don't think those racquets are made to last and I don't hit the ball soft. :(

the roddcik is 11.1 ounces and the standard is 10.6 i reccpmend the roddick plus cause its longer and heavy its amazing if ur an advanced player you will be hiting so well

Great review! My forehand's so loopy it makes Conchita Martinez's look conventional in comparison, so this might be a good choice to get it under control.

hey Berus777 if you these reviews drive you nuts then why are you watching them!? That must mean you watched all the other ones!These videos in my opinion are extremely helpful and I'm sure they do play with the racquets. Thanks!

I swear these Tennis Express "reviews" drive me nuts - These are NOT reviews. They're just a guy in front of a camera regurgitating the manufacturer's notes about the product. Do they even understand that to REVIEW a product, you USE the product and then give your impressions and findings about the product in a clear manner, based on your EXPERIENCE. Such an absolute waste of time. It's a bit insulting, really... just go ahead and call it what it is - a commercial.

i'm about to buy a new racket and I still can't decide wich racket it will be: Head youtek mp or the babolat pure drive roddick. I'm a baseliner and I love to control the game from the baseline, and I can generate my own power. I also think that I should get a controle racket but what do you think? HEAD Youtek speed mp or the BABOLAT Pure drive roddick???

the plus is a bit longer than the standard, the difference is about 1 inch

Roddick doesn't use that though. He uses an older customized racket with the same paint job.

I held the Roddick stick in California and it is a Pure Drive+ Cortex Painted to look like a New GT model ........ ;)
