Install a shower filter in your shower. The problem is your having an allergic reaction to the chemicals in your water. Get a filter system (REVERSE OSMOSIS) install in your sinks it is easy and basic to install. As soon as I started cleaning myself with clean water and drinking clean water, all the rashes, headaches and symptoms were gone. Make sure the Reverse Osmosis system has a Dow Filmtec membrane filter. Spread the word. Trust me my friend, God Bless you.

If you want something natural that will put it to sleep go to ratfishoil dt com. Mine is about 98% gone now. The scientific name for this fish oil is Chimaera Monstrosa Linnaeus. It's a shark that lives 200m deep in the ocean. It worked for me and I've had psoriasis for over 13 years with psoriatic arthritis. I was taking Humera that was killing my immune system. I don't take this stupid poison medicine any longer. Ratfish oil team in Norway are awesome. They are a true God sent. Good luck.

I have eczema. At night I put on cream and wrap irritated spots with an ace bandage so I don't break out worse from scratching in my sleep. A little sun helped with an occasional steroid if it gets bad. I try to keep it under control and keep my cool because mine is caused my stress.
i have had eczema since i was born.im 16 now.i have it all over my body.its imbarressing for me,i have scars on my legs.to keep mine under control i go tanning once every two weeks for 10 mins.the rays help.but ask ur dermatologist first.mine suggested it.also i use cetaphil facewash, lotion&soap.now im starting to use gold bond ultimate deep moisture body wash for sensitive skin.its frangrance free w/ vitamins and oat extract.i<3 this one b/c it lathers.i also use a steroid cream.
Eczema and psoriasis is telling you that your body is quite toxic and your liver is overburdened. If you only treat the patches, it is quite likely that you won't be cleared at all. You need to treat the root causes and the reddened areas (patches) for total remission. The # 1 cause is stress followed by diet and things you put on your skin. This treatment works for both. Psoriasisnewtreatment (no spaces) dot com treats both psoriasis/ eczema patches by natural means. It stops itching in days.
I have had eczema all my life.. I never get any sleep because I'm up scratching all the time.. I scratch my self into a bloody mess sometimes.. It kills me.. But I have figured out ways on how I can control it.. I use the Equate daily moisturizing lotion with Dimethicone every day. I drink plenty of water and fluids and I get lots of sun... If its winter go to the tanning bed for about 10 min every other day. It really helps
@ThatKidInTheStreet i have it and i was diagnosed with it my freshman year of high school. before that, a rash would randomly break out on my arms frequently. my mom told me a long time ago that it was hereditary and my dad's mom has it. i'm 21 now and the tanning bed is the only thing that's worked for me. how can something that's supposedly going to give you skin cancer be so good for eczema?
@shiner1191 well im tryin to control it but is so possesive that i cant do it lol. after scratching looks like very bloody and ugly, trust me my eczema is really hard
@nRagerz i use cetaphil & go tanning once every two weeks for 10 mins helps. and i also use a steriod cream, homeopathic pills for when i have an itch attack, and Cortaid intensive therapy cooling spray from walgreens, its the best. i use that mostly on my fingers tho because at night i itch mostly on my hands now, its amazing , you shoulkd try it
Eczema, psoriasis and rosacea are usually caused by viral infection of skin. Best cure is specific attrition of infected cells. Can be done with mangosteen skin poultice and 4 days at beach. Other solutions possible eg. mineral baths, sulfer baths, mud baths. see eczemafix.blogspot.com
I used to have it when I was younger. I think it was because of stress because when I was little, I had much stress going on in my life. Now, I don't have it, and I don't have any stress going on in my life. I used Aveno for my skin and it seemed to work really wel: ) I Ihad it on my legs, and on my arms, but mostly in the crease of my arms and legs. I would scratch so much it would become raw and painful. Mostly scratched a LOT when it was hot and humid out.

what helped me when i use to livein hawaii was to get in salt water or beach it stings but in like 2 days your skin looks fresh like a babys ass. once i moved to north carolina full of polin and shit it started getting worst. i have scars all over my arm, legs, sholder, and neck. its not good just bath in salt water it sting but it works
@ThatKidInTheStreet WELL WHEN I LIVED IN HAWAII WERE I GOT IN AND NOW I LIVE IN NORTH CAROLINA AND WHEN EVER I GO TO THE BEACH IT CLEARS UP JUST PUT MOSSTERIZER ON LIKE EUCERIN
I've had eczema for my whole life which is 18 years lol but it use to be really bad I've had to go through so much medicine and just from the eczema I've had to go through other problems such as me having to get eye medicine since my eyes would itch...I feel like I have my own pharmacy but the best thing I would suggest is mind a good moisturizer and don't switch it always stick with that same one I use cetaphil which is good for your skin so I wanna try all the products they have
For me, it was on my mind. Im not taking any more steroid creams or pills. We just dont love ourselfs enough and our skin shows it. It is a long way and you need lots of internal mental tools to be able to set ourselves free, but it can be done just with the power of the mind. Almost all skin problems are due to low selfsteem. Love is all we need.
@Rafa1984bis that is the stupidest thing i have ever heard....so you're saying that my 5month old daughter who is currently suffering from severe eczema only has it because she has low self esteem? go jump off a bridge idiot
After more than 5 years suffering this in my hands, and after trying all kind of things on them, the only thing that helped was nature olive soap. I use olive oil (clean, not used), NaOH (it can also be made with KOH), and just mix them with some water and some salt (salt helps to separate phases). It took me just 2 months to control my eccema. I use this soap to wash my hands and when I have a bath instead of other soaps. I tried everything and this was the only thing that worked
I use all natural shea butter by Abike Natural and Alata Black Soap. Both are all natural products which help to keep my eczema controlled. I found lots of stuff over the years which will help for a little while but it is a balancing act; diet, exercise rest, body care, it goes on but these are the main things which help to keep this dis*ease controlled
I have this little patch in my beard is so weird i hope it doesn't spread I also have it on my scalp i guess it must of travel to my face and in my elbows I wonder if this contagious should I avoid playing with my nephews when they come over we play base ball and football I really dont want to give them this virus it took me years to find out it was dermatitis ..I would to give it to them i found a way to treat it with [ T Gel ] is like a dark medicated shampoo really works such a relief!!
@TheRedstormshadow Dermatitis isn't contagious, it's caused by your immune system being outa wack. Your nephews should be fine...unless you got that rash from somewhere else XD
@crusader810 lol nah is just on my scalp damn it I wish i didnt had to cut my hair it thought it was dandruff but it was dermatitis now i have to re grow my hair scapl is doing great not longer itches not even on the hottest day i thought it was the florida heatness and dryness but nope i got it treated with T-gel SHAMPOO YOU GOT TO USE IT FOR LIFE THOUGH OH WELL . smell a bit weird I use every two days it works!!
Yeah. Cream makes it worse for me too. The only things I have found that moisturize without it making it worse are the Lubiderm intense skin repair and 100% cocoa butter.
Eczema is so annoying I have it mostly now on my face and knees but the most annoying part about it is if u scratch touch at a certain spot u will get a scar tissue
My eczema is wired because if I don't scratch or rub it and always moisturize it it will go away really slowly but some times I can't handle the itch and I start to rub or scratch but it's been a week and I have not scratched or rubbed my eczema and I see improvement and I only have it on my hands and a few on my right arm that's it
My daughter had to deal with eczema her whole life till I found an all natural Organic Lavender-Honey Healing Cream from face naturals. It's completely healed my daughter's eczema.
My son has severe eczema and uses a nature based lotion and BW. The lotion is great and anyone with any level of dry skin will totally benefit from it. It's also good around the eyes since it does'nt burn if you get in your eyes. My son says he LOVE'S it and especially the body wash (similar formula) because when he applys it after a shower it keeps his skin from drying out! I'm sure you can relate. WE love the product and can't live without it, our whole family uses it! corkeyclan@gmail.com
Anyone suffering from eczema/dermatitis should visit my website dermatitiswizard and try the cream. It clears dermatitis within days without drugs and with no side-effects. After 18 years of suffering, I no longer have a problem with dermatitis or psoriasis.
well i have tis eczema; but i guess mine isnt that bad. i have it around my neck and elbow. but as time goes it slowly fades :)
all i did was drink lots of water. put lots of lotion after shower. and dont EVER scretch it even it itches, i know its sounds hard. but scratching only makes it worse. i hope u guys can over come this >_<
Eczema, or Atopic Dermatitis is an inflammatory skin condition affecting one in three of us at some point in our lives. Eczema can be related to other allergic conditions such as asthma, hay fever and food allergies, and typically exists in families where multiple family members are affected. You may be allergic to apples. Fruit allergies.
You may be allergic to apples and maybe oranges. If you suffer from hay fever or are allergic to tree pollen and grass, you may be suffering from eczema if you you eat apples and oranges or just apples. It's the protein in the skin of apples. Very bad for some people. Hope this helps.
i've had eczema since i was a baby and im 14 now and still have it. it was starting to get better for a few years but now its starting to get bad again. my friend gave me some dead sea mud and it has helped alot. its pretty much the only thing that has helped because ointments make it hurt and itch more.
@xXxCailynxXx my mom had eczema for 2 years, we tried some home remedies and its healing, though it took about a month but its a lot better now.. her hand has completely healed and her legs are getting better each day. I would suggest you control it before it grows...
@hannahk426 my mom used 3 things and it got better and she is just fine now.
First, mix camphor and sandalwood powder in water and apply it for 3 hours.
Second, apply nutmeg paste (powder+ water)
Third, Apply zinc cream at night
Other thngs that she did was- Applying vitamin E oil and mixing almond and castor oil and applying after bath. You need to have each of this for at least 2-3 hours and wash off with mildly warm water and then apply another. Also, stop cutting veggies. It really worked
@hannahk426 You're welcome. Try it if you like. It helped my mom a lot, its almost gone. This is hard to follow everyday but I made her do it, without missing one single day! Good luck.
@hannahk426 Oops I forgot, don't use harsh soap of any kind when you are doing this. I would suggest something herbal moisturizing wash if you can find.
i have this. it's heriditary so my dad's grandma passed it on to me. too bad there isn't a cure for it because it makes you look like you have a disease. i found out i had it when i was a high school freshman when it would break out on my arms. at first, i was told i had impetigo.
anyone know why you would get it out of know where? my skin great i never get rashes ive never got sunburn well not bad anyways then the other day i got this shit on my elbow now its starting on both and my knuckles n knees?????
my friends, do not give up! it may seem like there is no hope but believe me there is, I have found relief! you must strive to find relief from this bitch they call eczema. don't let it win! after all it's a fucking skin condition don't let it ruin your life!!!! there is more to life that this shit!
@LethalInjectionAK47 i know i had it for a year, i sufferd. when it was summer my mom took me to a dermatolgist and he gave me a cream my eczema healed in just 2 days of using this cream. But the dermattologist told me that it may or may not work, but it did work because i got some help from god i prayed for a whole year just wishing to not have eczema. So if you havent all redy go see a dermatologist and pray, well if you believe in him.
I hate eczema so much... WHy did I have to get it, why not my brother or sister!! Were all so unlucky and people are so judgemental, I've been at my school for 6 years and all my classmates know I have it and don't treat me differently but next year I'm going to a new school and there probably gonna judge me on my stupid eczema and scars everywhere...

there is an solution, i promise! Hard to do, but it will work! Cortizon is not an solution. Try to eat an histamine-free diet! People with eczema have a problem with histamin and you get that from something you are allergic to, stress and food you eat. An diet free from histamin is free from dairy-products, meat, some vegetables with a lot of histamin in them like eggplant, free from products you are allergic to. I also stopped eating gluten and white sugar for an initial period of three months
@bengtakevarg that's what i thought was the only way how to get rid of it. But the only problem is, I am affraid you lack other important components which you find in meat and dairy products. I've done allergy test recently. They found so many things! And also it changes from time to time; so when once i am allergic to 1 thing then to something else, it makes me think the root of my problem must be somewhere else. I started to doubt a diet like that is good :( At this point I am guite desperate
@lilcapy2 Um, hot showers make it worse. I myself liked to take hot showers when i was younger and before my eczema became severe, but now the hot water just makes it flare up all the more, try a cooler shower?
@diegoedv how did you cure it? I have had it since I was 5 years old. Im now 24. I get it from stress. but I don't know how to control my stress level. I have been using a cream called Tetraderm, from mexico. and It is a great temp. fix to my problem. Whats your secret?
right i live in canada and i had eczema i was subscribe medicinal marijuana by my doctor cause i had a severe case and in 5 weeks my eczema was fully gone so yeah best bet is marijuana
@gunz1and2rozez3boy4 NOT TRUE! I SMOKED OUT from 12 yrs to 19. So I dont think so. Besides I would think the smoke would have a backwards effect. IDK. I wish!
I have eczema...it sucks cause when I'm at school and I go to gym at this one place we havw to change and I always run down there fast so I ca get changed because I have eczema everywhere on my legs, feet hands and lots of places. I keep thinking if someone saw it they'd be like "WTF?!" and they would go tell their friends.
Ya so eczema really sucks and it feels good to scratch...untill I have to take my socks off....
@pokemontrainerxxx Don't scratch your eczema too much! I know it feels good, but it'll make it worse. I learned it the hard way. :[ Now I'm not scratching it. BUT if it irritates you A LOT then put something really cold, like ice, so it can relax it. If you can't find anything cold then slightly rub it with your clothes or something. DO NOT wash your hands in hot water. :P
Today i am totally free from my eczema i had for 25 years, with a histamin-free diet and meditation i am now all free. After a week on that diet my body started to heal and i stopped using cortisone. It was like waking up from a nightmare. It took me almost an whole year to become totally free from the rashes, but it will work, know some more people who have tried. An diet free from histamin is free from dairy-products,meat, some vegetables with histamin in them, eggplant, food you are allegic to
-Mentally, some part of the thinkingprocess that is hard to explain, need to be understood at an personal level.
Change lifestyle and eat healty food and stress-out! Sounds easy but it is hard to eat healty food without falling for the temptation...Believe me i know, but now i am free from this horrible affliction that i had for 25 years. Doctors know nothing i am really really sorry to say!
@pokemontrainerxxx Awe.....I went throught the same thing. Try taking oatmeal baths. And use lotion. If you can find a cream called Tetraderm. It really works but It's from mexico
i was talking about a different website not this misleading video. its not scientific to think that every (or most) 'diseases' are 'incurable'. there ARE people who CURED their eczema, & theyre regular people
if you have eczema you will have at least one problem inside your body causing it, its never skin deep i read through mutliple causes through 'eczema cure protocol' site & the owner cured his eczema. all the info is free & im taking advanatge of that (though his diet sucks & im not doing it), theres no point in suffering needlessly like this so im doing some of the stuff
ANYONE WHO I TIRED OF ALL THE LIES & BS. steer away from all the toxic creams etc that do NOT cure eczema. & look for a REAL CURE.
one man CURED his eczema permanently, as well as many others. its the 'eczema cure protocol' on google. i dont particularly like his diet ideas fully but all the lies & BS about eczema is exposed
Maybe if you actually watched and comprehended the video, you would notice that it never said that it would CURE eczema, it only controls it. Get your facts straight before you critisize.
i knw exactly how u feel, i've had eczema eva since i left nursery n still have it at the age of 20! it's annoying and does have a huge affect on self esteem. someone needs to suggest the best cure pls ne 1 out there????
Hi everyone. I have a severe eczema so I understand everyone affected by this terrible curse. Treatment of eczema is very complex, not only medicine, but also regime, eating habits, controlling stress, checking your internal organs...I advise that you see a doctor ASAP even if you only think you might have something wrong with your skin. Don't leave it without attention!
@kate51035 dont bother with any doctor, all they give is a useless cream & say its 'incurable'. instead look for a cure yourself without their help. so far ive passed big green stones from my liver...almost all of them the size of brazil nuts. i feel sluggish all the time but i wont give up. i have 100s of other symptoms...eczema is never an isolated 'disease' that is only skin deep...
i have eczema since i was a baby. the flareups had gotten way out of hand recently. i have phobia of using corticosteroid so i took antihistamine every day & use emollient every hr but to no avail so i went to see a dermatologist.
her advice: the only medicine that suppress acute flare up is corticosteroid. emollient or any other skincare products or avoidance of triggers are just supplements.
as for my "phobia" - mix aqueous cream & corticosteroid 1:1 to reduce dosage. it worked.
It's very important to make sure you have a sugar free diet, as eczema literally FEEDS off of the sugar. Vitamin E oil is a lifesaver for me because it reduces itching!! I have eczema and it's going away because I did these things! I had it on my neck, hands, inside of my arms, on my scalp, behind my ears, my cheeks, my nose, and a little on my back. Now I just have it on the inside of my arms, my cheeks, and my nose (but it only flares like once a month now)!!! Good luck! ^__^
i did dat in fact my dad brought the whole alone vera products such as drinks, shampoo, plant, cream etc. it did not work wot so eva he spent lyk £200 ponuds!
While immune issues and allergies and stress all play a part, Mother Nature knows best and natural products containing: lavender, chamomile, helichryse, aloe, musk rose oil, millepertuis, calendula and other non-petroleum derivatives are what can help control and abate the redness, roughness and itching that accompanies this condition.
"Divine Douceur" products can be ordered on line and are personalized with your own name on the label. They are truly a gift from you to your skin and they work.
Hey I have Eczema too. But I've come to accept it. Although mine isn't severe, when I do breakout, it does look abnormal. One thing I can say is that, if you have Eczema, just accept it. Only thing you can do. When you stop viewing it as a curse, you'll be better off. Many people have allergies to food, and are worse off. Just be glad that it's not you.
I have eczema really bad and i miss alot of school. I was also hospitalized for it last year. It only comes during the winter but dosnt completely go away in the summer so i can never where shorts or anything. :( And i have really nice legs too. :(
A note for people. Try everything in case its that. I can't use some materials due to flare ups, also avoid getting anything into wounds cos a study showed that eczema leaves you liable to develop new allergies via cuts. Thanks to that I have to have non-latex condoms and that was the most embarassing shopping question ever. Even food has an effect although I can't tell you whether thats because it affects how the rest works or what but try leaving or adding things in the diet one at a time
@HollowedSouI u shuld jus slap dem! dats reli immature and i knw hw u feel cos i was bullied at skol for avin eczema in fact my nick name was eczema girl! u knw wot alot of ppol ave it especially now, dnt get ur self down if dey say comments lyk dat jus rub against dem more lol dat'l get 2 dem :)
i went to my doctor today and she gave me hydrocortisone for my face and told me to always wear sun block. so im going to start that today and see how it works out
Hydrocortisone is good for clearing up eczema, but it's a steroid cream. Try to use the TINIEST amounts of it because steroid creams make your skin thinner, which makes it easier for the eczema to come back. So just use the bare minimum and only on effected areas. My doctor didn't tell me this and my eczema ended up five times worse after using the hydrocortisone. Use with caution is all I'm saying :)
@Feeko92 that steroid cream only SUPRESSES your immune system giving an illusion of a 'cure' . its TOXIC & does not cure anything. all eczematics are toxic INSIDE, including me.
dont define what eczema is unless you have it & have cured it, b/c those docs out there are WRONG. it is CURABLE
@BellaaMarlene I do have it. Get off your high horse. Did I mention it being a cure in that comment? No, I said it clears it up. Don't be telling me my doctors are wrong, I'd listen to them any day than some jack on YT.
I am telling this from personal experience. All sexual activities can also cause eczema + an itchy head with dandruff. As long as I abstain from them my skin remains clear. As soon as I indulge myself into them my skin gets badly inflamed along with my head scalp. Then it takes a couple of weeks to heal. So whoever cannot find the solution to the problem can try to avoid sexual activities for a month and see the effect. It took me 5 years to realize this
a doctor told me that eczema is under a categories of athmatic. which mean if your family have athsma and you dont have it, then u might get eczema. im not too sure bout that. but anyway ..i myself are having eczema. been having it for 6 yrs now.. to avoid what caust it is hard as i am allergy almost to everything..
Eczema cannot be cured only kept under control, anyone saying different is a scammer, best and only result i have had came from a lady in Australia, Melanie she is a sufferer herself has an all natural cream after 2 weeks clear skin any flare ups bit of cream on it and a couple of days gone, i swear by her. google her calmessence in australia
A few weeks ago I started itching my skin and these legions appeared. I am 18, not allergic to anything, and have never seen these before in my life. Is this eczema?
when i had a rash it just started a 3spots then it grew to my back, stomach, chest, and the back of my knees but now i dont have it anymore,,,,,,dont know how i got rid of it but im am so happy that its gone
This comment has received too many negative votesshow

zomg it felt so good to scratch my eczema really really hard but then in bled so that sucked. and my fingers smelled like metal. glad i dont have it anymore.
@twied123 my doctor prescribed me an ointment called triamcinolone acetonide. it used it every day for a couple weeks before it cleared up and never came back.
@0neofthem Yeah I pretty mich ave eczema like in the pictures only probably not that bad but pretty bad.Now it is getting better though so I am happy. :-D
@0neofthem - haha. I know the feeling. I used to run my bloody, scratched- up hands and wrists under hot water, which would cause them even drier and more pruritic.
I have it since i was born:( ppl make fun of my skin cuz its so dry.. but my skinn is really not looking like in the pictures it always starts in winter cuz of the cold and some times in summer because i go alot in the water with clorine.
I had severe eczema during my mid-twenties and I am sure the steoroids and antibiotics made it a lot worse...I am 37 and the only way that i've been able to get in under control was to:
1) Go Gluten Free Diet
2) Go on a high nutrient dense diet based on Dr Furhmans's nutirition philosophy
i got eczema ive had it since i was born nd it always goes away then comes back nd its annoying coz i cn hardly wear make up anymore and i get it on my hands and wrists and inner elbow ]=
i know exactly how you feel. it sucks! my doc just gave me this cream for it and it was too strong so it burned, and the milder one is not helping at all, so i have no soultion!
Don't worry. But - do not use the corticosteroids - you don't need all these medicine. Your problem is that your immune system works wrong and drugs don't let it work correct. So my way is strict diet, no chemistry at all, bath with oatmeal and starch. It almost gone and now I look better than then i used all these medicines.
i had eczema and when i was younger it was horrible...i would get the on the inner part of my elbows, knee and around my neck. i put a lot of perscribed medicine on and it worked great. occassionally itll get itchy from time to time when i sweat playing a sport
My eczema has almost vanished after using a natural cream handmade in the UK. ProSkin Eczema by Mama Nature has changed my life and skin for the better. My eczema is now almost completely gone and I wish I had came across this years ago. I hope this is of some use.

It's also good around the eyes since it does'nt burn if you get in your eyes. My son says he LOVE'S it and especially the body wash (similar formula) because when he applys it after a shower it keeps his skin from drying out! I'm sure you can relate.
Jessecraft1954 1 year ago
You may be allergic to apples and maybe oranges. If you suffer from hay fever or are allergic to tree pollen and grass, you may be suffering from eczema if you you eat apples and oranges or just apples. It's the protein in the skin of apples. Very bad for some people. Hope this helps.
Jessecraft1954 1 year ago
i've had eczema since i was a baby and im 14 now and still have it. it was starting to get better for a few years but now its starting to get bad again. my friend gave me some dead sea mud and it has helped alot. its pretty much the only thing that has helped because ointments make it hurt and itch more.

@xXxCailynxXx my mom had eczema for 2 years, we tried some home remedies and its healing, though it took about a month but its a lot better now.. her hand has completely healed and her legs are getting better each day. I would suggest you control it before it grows...

@marchspirit What home remedies did you use?
hannahk426 11 months ago
@hannahk426 my mom used 3 things and it got better and she is just fine now.
First, mix camphor and sandalwood powder in water and apply it for 3 hours.
Second, apply nutmeg paste (powder+ water)
Third, Apply zinc cream at night
Other thngs that she did was- Applying vitamin E oil and mixing almond and castor oil and applying after bath. You need to have each of this for at least 2-3 hours and wash off with mildly warm water and then apply another. Also, stop cutting veggies. It really worked

there is an solution, i promise!

@bengtakevarg ITS NOT TRUE I BOUGHT TIPS LIKE THIS ON THE INTERNET FOR 500 DOLLARS AND IT DOESNT WORK!!!!
kitkatluver100 1 year ago
@bengtakevarg that's what i thought was the only way how to get rid of it. But the only problem is, I am affraid you lack other important components which you find in meat and dairy products. I've done allergy test recently. They found so many things! And also it changes from time to time; so when once i am allergic to 1 thing then to something else, it makes me think the root of my problem must be somewhere else. I started to doubt a diet like that is good :( At this point I am guite desperate

An diet free from histamin is free from dairy-products,meat, some vegetables with histamin in them, eggplant, food you are allegic to
bengtakevarg 1 year ago
I have come up with four causes for eczema:
-Stress
-Histamin in food
-Allergic reactions
-Mentally, some part of the thinkingprocess that is hard to explain, need to be understood at an personal level.
Change lifestyle and eat healty food and stress-out! Sounds easy but it is hard to eat healty food without falling for the temptation...Believe me i know, but now i am free from this horrible affliction that i had for 25 years. Doctors know nothing i am really really sorry to say!

if you have eczema you will have at least one problem inside your body causing it, its never skin deep i read through mutliple causes through 'eczema cure protocol' site & the owner cured his eczema. all the info is free & im taking advanatge of that (though his diet sucks & im not doing it), theres no point in suffering needlessly like this so im doing some of the stuff
i never said it was genetic, i know its not

Good luck! ^__^

I developed eczema recently, and judging from these comments, I can expect a hellish live ahead of me.

Even food has an effect although I can't tell you whether thats because it affects how the rest works or what but try leaving or adding things in the diet one at a time

i went to my doctor today and she gave me hydrocortisone for my face and told me to always wear sun block. so im going to start that today and see how it works out
bknisha120 2 years ago
Hydrocortisone is good for clearing up eczema, but it's a steroid cream. Try to use the TINIEST amounts of it because steroid creams make your skin thinner, which makes it easier for the eczema to come back. So just use the bare minimum and only on effected areas. My doctor didn't tell me this and my eczema ended up five times worse after using the hydrocortisone. Use with caution is all I'm saying :)
Feeko92 2 years ago 2
@Feeko92 that steroid cream only SUPRESSES your immune system giving an illusion of a 'cure' . its TOXIC & does not cure anything. all eczematics are toxic INSIDE, including me.
dont define what eczema is unless you have it & have cured it, b/c those docs out there are WRONG. it is CURABLE
BellaaMarlene 1 year ago
@BellaaMarlene I do have it. Get off your high horse. Did I mention it being a cure in that comment? No, I said it clears it up. Don't be telling me my doctors are wrong, I'd listen to them any day than some jack on YT.

@Feeko92 i use betnovate wich is 4 places stronger than hyfrocortisone ... its horrible tho becouse like u sed i come of it it comes back

MUST READ
I am telling this from personal experience. All sexual activities can also cause eczema + an itchy head with dandruff. As long as I abstain from them my skin remains clear. As soon as I indulge myself into them my skin gets badly inflamed along with my head scalp. Then it takes a couple of weeks to heal. So whoever cannot find the solution to the problem can try to avoid sexual activities for a month and see the effect. It took me 5 years to realize this

3) Use unscented Clearly Natural Glycerin soap
4) Use Tide Free Laundry Detergent

i know exactly how you feel. it sucks! my doc just gave me this cream for it and it was too strong so it burned, and the milder one is not helping at all, so i have no soultion!
thegirlnextdoor215 2 years ago
OMG ME TOO .. but i wear make up..
melancp11 2 years ago
Don't worry. But - do not use the corticosteroids - you don't need all these medicine. Your problem is that your immune system works wrong and drugs don't let it work correct. So my way is strict diet, no chemistry at all, bath with oatmeal and starch. It almost gone and now I look better than then i used all these medicines.
