I remember watching a show once where they took dna samples of men throughout romania and they found links on y chromosome to other european families, germans, bulgarians,(dacian/thracian link) ukranians, etc. Romanians are not romanized turks, and anyone who says that is most likely a narcisisstic european who wants to degrade Romania because he has his own identity issues.

Congratulations on bringing to light these facts, for everybody to see. I've studied romanian history in school and after years of hearing the same story I finally begun to do research myself...sadly romanian history books only tell a fairy tale-like story about the ethnogenesys of romanians, a simple story so that everybody can understand it and spread it. it's really sad, in romania everybody believes this sad lie, nobody cares about their true origin. this is a sad and desperate people. 1467 - Battle of Baia - hungaria vs. Moldova(a Romanian Principality. Only 1/3 of today Romania).
The conflict ended with a bitter defeat for the hungarians, who had an army more than three times the size of the Moldavian force. hungarian king almost died after being thrice wounded by arrows and barely made his escape. Another glorious hungarian king escaped. This is a victory for hungarians when their kings barely escape from battles against Romanians.

hungarian king fled the battle only to be killed by Székely people. This one wasnt lucky.
1919 hungarian-Romanian war (2/3 of today Romania). Romanian army conquered Buda-Pest and all hungary and smashed again the hungarian army. Some high rank hungarians politicians understood they cast shadow on earth in vain and killed themselves.

The maps of the real Roman Empire show a little part of the whole Dacia was made to a Roman province be the Romans, while history says this Roman province was completely abandoned by the Roman legions after 160 years only. And what do I have to see on the Trajan column? I see Romans decapitating Dacian rebels and free Dacians fleeing from the Romans. I think you should see the Trajan's Column, the Vatican museums and the maps of the actual Roman empire and read some fucking book.

Your language was invented in the last 2 centuries: before the recent Rumanian linguistic reform, you spoke a language that was just Slavic with a minor Latin, Turkish and Illyric influence and that of course was written with cyrrilic characters.
The ortography and the phonetics of your present language are based on the Italian ones and your vocabulary was just 30% latin before the reform.

Most of your present latin derivatives were taken from French and Italian in order to replace original Slavic words. Today the Rumanian language is just Bulgarian (it shares a lot of grammar with Albanian and Bulgarian) with an imported romance vocabulary (which makes your present lexicon 75% romance, while the rest is mostly Slavic).
