Ya gotta have balls as big as church bells and a heart to match to work with these animals. I was lucky enough to meet Doug, who was taking Little Bart and Honey Bump out for a neighborhood stroll when they were just little bitty cubs. My oh my how they have grown!

I could sit and watch these videos for hours. The interaction that Doug has with Bart I and Bart II and even Honey Bump is just amazing. I would LOVE to do what he does and God bless him, his wife and their foundation. Long live all God's creatures!

Doug Seus and his crew are so awesome. But I must say - I love these videos of their training, but I wish all those people in the background weren't there. I get worried it stresses the bears. But maybe that's what they want to get them accustomed to it. Anyways. I love these videos.

Bart was not an exceptionally large grizzly, but was a kodiak bear. Some kodiaks stand, on their hind legs, ten to twelve feet! Huge!

Yes, he's really cute until he rips your torso in half. Nobody can train a wild creature like a grizzly bear to ignore its instincts. I enjoyed The Edge, though, despite the fact that he shreds a couple guys. I wouldn't trust Bart if I had to wrestle him for a movie.

Growing up in Illinois there was a couple that lived down the road who had family that trained a bear named gentle ben and victoria. These grizzleys were huge and people wrestled them in the court yard at a mall there. To a small child watching that was awesome but I sure would not have wrestled them

In my opinion Seus has this wonderful bond with his bears cause he never forget that they're bears.Also if he ask them to do movie's stuff he respect them,He dont humanize them.They act like bears they dont ride bikes.However is a difficult work!
