  • I dont know if your is as bad, im assuming not, but I know I bruised my miniscus squatting a while back.

  • Good work out. Make sure to do low box squats as well. Too many high ones and you'll never reach depth. Keep up the good work.

  • I was having some knee problems and moved from a 12" box to this one. I am working on going back down an inch every week. Still haven't figured out my knee.
