it took me a few times listening to this song, to like get what its about, but i think i know, it says: fountain fountain we are the same... and then later it says dont you wish you could throw your pennies back at them, so i think she has been abused or bullied somehow, because someone may have thrown things at her but she cant stand up for herself, like a fountain cant throw pennies back at the people who throw them

@AlexMatthewman actually its about people wishing and wishing for things. they throw pennies into the fountain wishing on it and she is saying that she wishes that they would just stop. stop wishing and be happy. people spend all their time wishing and not living with what they have.
