I understand that Tom wrote most of the songs and is the leader......but they miss the "voice"....what a shame.

It's after his death. He died in like '06 sadly. Tom keeps the band up perfectly though in my opinion.
its basically just their original guitar (and founder) tom sholz (or what ever it is... close enough.... its the guy on the left with the gold top lespaul)
