Try to do a back flip while going backwards. They are so much fun. I do them as high as I possibly can and they aren't scary. Anyone could do it.

an answer to that is...put tap on the spiky part of the swing...basic swing mod to help you. and i have riped thosands of shirts...you dont land on your head...
