  • Addiction is truly one the saddest things on this planet.

  • I'm 2 months old and I like this song.

Seriously, stop posting your ages kids. It's nice that you like older music, but you're putting up information that shouldn't be out there.

  • @DizzyLizzyLockheart I'm a one week old fetus and I like this song.

  • @DizzyLizzyLockheart What's wrong with people saying their age? everyone has the freedom of speech, and can exercise their rights. You must know something I, or others might not know, so please inform me on how your age is "information that shouldn't be out there"

  • @TheNYtrooper It likely has something to do with current events; i.e. all of us being in the middle of a huge battle between consumers who believe personal information should remain personal and not be bought and sold as a commodity and corporate entities who would buy and sell our personal information for a nice profit. Or the reason could be just that there's no good reason to advertise on an unregulated forum that you are underage and likely a great target for ePsychos.

  • I totally agree because i'm not a kid. :)

  • my sister deticated this song to me :') it made me cry but i love this song <3

  • Nobody cares about your age, just listen to the song

  • good fuckin tune dude!

  • @yeee941..........Dude, It's like the pressure of corporate America and the entire music establishment, man. They like just wanna be greedy and dictate our needs. It's a real bummer.....

  • Hipsters are a bunch of pussys and they breed pussy music, there is no rock today

  • @yeee941 What's a hipster? I'm kind old (52) and out of it.

  • @Larrymh07 The term "hipster" is cross-applied from the 1930s Beatniks. The modern hipster is a composite of individuals with a certain bohemian life situation and lifestyle. He or she rejects "mainstream" culture and embraces and contributes to independent culture, and prides him/herself on this. The modern hipster image has been proliferated through the internet, publications such as Vice Magazine, and sightings in the music, fashion, and art world. he image of the hipster in continually chang

  • @justhurryupduuuude Thank you. :)

  • hahaha man this song is legend, it will never die.

  • @1professorMcG Apparently hipsters can't spell (;

  • @phantomgoats17 Damn you it was a typo :) I can spell perfectly fine.

  • Why do all the comments have to do with Hipsters? Hipsters have nothing to do with the 90's, dammit.

  • wtf is a hipster!! lol anyways i love this song i got it from zaks twitter!! haha

  • LOOOOOOOOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OH YEAH

  • this is my sister's favorite song and even though it came out before i could open my eyes it's mine too :)

  • who cares what's mainstream or not? Hipsters aren't real people. It's too mainstream for them.

  • 'Hipster' is as real as 'nigger' . If that seems obscene to you, rethink yourself & your ways .

  • only hipsters call out hipsters.

  • love this song i dont just like it

  • thumbs up if u listen to this under the age of 20

  • stop trying to tell me what i said. its blatantly clear that i said it was played too much in the 90s but i dont see it like that. are you actually trying to tell me what my sentence means? that came from my brain and my words. you are a sad sad waste of a person.the definition of mainstream is the general current thought of the majority and the majority listen to pop! making pop mainstrean. how can a rock song be mainstream if its only a tiny minority that listen to it?

  • @litatyas I love how you deleted your own comment, right after the whole "this is what I really said" argument. That just puts this whole thing in my favor, you know.

OK, so let's get past that. Let's say for a second you're completely right about what is mainstream. Care to enlighten me to the difference between top 40 and mainstream?

  • YOU ARE A FUCKING IDIOT..the point of this isnt what i said or what the difference between top 40 and mainstream is.. and hows that back tracking? mainstream means the CURRENT general thought of majority THERE FOR it is no longer mainstream because AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME its the minority that listen to it, not in the 90s when it WAS mainstream. you have no idea how convinced i am that youre a virgin

  • @litatyas Then what the hell IS the point? WHAT exactly are you grumbling about if were not talking about what you said or didn't say, or mainstream vs. top 40. If that's not what were talking about, then what the hell ARE we talking about.

You still didn't tell me what top 40 was, by the way. I don't think you know the difference. That's what MTV does to you.

  • @Herbicide420 i just told you what the pont was! the point i was trying to prove was that its not mainstream anymore and i dont even know what your point was coz you twisted your point every comment.. i think it might have been that this song is mainstream? which you have not shown any evidence for and i dont even watch mtv.. because i have a life outside the internet and music.. unlike you. do you even get any social interaction or do you sit at you laptop all day tryng to win arguments

  • @litatyas Even if what your mumbling about is true, the same could be applied to you, sir. How many times have you replied, not even thirty minutes after I respond? You, my friend, are the one with no life, sitting on the computer, trying to win an internet battle by constantly shifting the topic to suit your current argument, whatever that be. You still haven't told me the difference. Just once, tell me the difference between mainstream and the top 40 you watch on MTV.

  • Comment removed

  • @Herbicide420 see now your just keeping an argument going with no point. my argument has been the same every comment and for the record im on my phone.. in public.. a very social place. and the top 40 is the most popular songs of the past week and mainstream would be the most popular of.. well, i dont know. everybody? but is that even relevant to this song not being mainstream? no. and i dont watch mtv as its all 'mainstream' music. now smoke a joint, stop fighting me and fight the government!

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @Herbicide420 because as i said before mainstream is 'the current bla bla of the majority' rock is nowhere near as popular as pop music (less radio stations and music channels) making it the minority and its no where near as commercialised or corporate. say we were talking about food..rock would be a seaweed salad (who serves that and how many people like it?) and pop would be mcdonalds (everywhere and always advertised) it may be mainstream in the rock

minorty.. but not in pop culture

  • @litatyas I said "good day."

  • @Herbicide420 just seen your other comment.. well done! you can pick out on little thing that doesnt really prove anything but make yourself look right! i still went on to explain what it was and already have about 100 times.. and my last comment proved my point and its silenced you but your trying to cover it up by pretening your the bigger man and walking away.. is it really that hard to say fair enough and agree?

  • @litatyas You just won't quit, will you? OK, let's get this back in full swing! You've done three circles so far with the 180s you're doing. Here's another example of your "wisdom"

"and the top 40 is the most popular songs of the past week and mainstream would be the most popular of.. well, i dont know."

"as i said before mainstream is 'the current bla bla of the majority' rock is nowhere near as popular as pop music"

You're really just pulling shit out of your ass as you go along, aren't you

  • @Herbicide420 see how easily i manipulated you into replying again. iv cearly made my point im sorry if you cant see it! good day :)

  • @litatyas You manipulated me into replying? What a moron. You must be fourteen years old. Good day, little kid.

  • This is my last comment on this subject; how are you going to continue an argument, then reply with "mainstream is...well, I dont know?"

    Good day, sir.

  • @litatyas Here's some more of your backtracking, once again, from comments YOU made

"what i said clearly means that it got played too much in the 90s but i dont think of it like that. "

"how can a rock song be mainstream if its only a tiny minority that listen to it?"

So which is it? Did it get played too much or hardly at all? You're pretty bad at this, just quit.

  • Every time i hear this song ,im so far inside the song that i can hold her as she hurts and follow after the pain is gone ,does anybody feel this way?

  • amazing song btw

  • who the hell argues about a fucking SONG? if you dont like it dont listen to it and go to fucking bed

  • This WAS mainstream in the early 90's. FFS people...calm down.

  • LOL this is mainstream? wth. i think you need to look up your definitions.

  • SHUT THE FUCK UP MR MAINSTREAM AND GET THE HELL OFF OF HERE. WHY ARE THERE SO MANY ANNOYING CREEPS SUCH AS YOURSELF, WHO JUST STALKED WEBSITES TO CAUSE SHIT??? ARE YOU A ADDICT OR HAVE EVER HAD ANY MAJOR PROBLEMS (BESIDES BEING A DICK HEAD)???? I AM SURE THERE ARE NO ANGELS CALLING YOUR NAME SO KICK ROCKS AND LEAVE THE REST OF US ALONE

  • 'so mainstream' yet from a band that are the complete opposite of mainstream and almost no one have heard of. i dont see this as that song that got played way too much in the 90's i see it as that amazing ballad from my favourite bands first album so what if its good enough to be played alot? plus iv never heard on the radio or elsewhere in my life.. infact i only know about 5 people that have even heard of the black crowes. get a grip and realise a masterpiece when you hear it!

  • @litatyas Not mainstream? Not played much in the 90s? You only know five people who have EVER heard this song? Good God, there is so much fail in that comment.

  • Comment removed

  • Comment removed

  • @litatyas By your definition of "mainstream" nobody in the last four years is mainstream. Metallica, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, AC/DC, The Beatles are no longer mainstream? I quote from your comment "I don't see this as that song that got played way too much in the 90's" so yes, you actually DID say it didn't get played much in the 90s. Your second comment is even more fail then your first, you should really give up.

  • @Herbicide420 dont twist my words to make it look like your right. what i said clearly means that it got played too much in the 90s but i dont think of it like that. everybodys got an opinion mines is that this song is no longer mainstream and neither are any of the other bands you mentioned. considering meanstrem is 'the general current thought of the majority' and what do the majority listen to? pop music, not this.. and everyones opinion is different so sit down and shut up

  • @litatyas On a side note, quit getting "top 40" mixed up with "mainstream" Mainstream is anything that is or WAS popular. If you're are not mainstream, most people will not have heard of you. Most people have heard those bands, therefore they are mainstream.

  • @litatyas No, that's not what you said. Maybe you meant to say that, but it's not my fault you cant type legible sentences. Maybe if you wrote coherent in your sentences, one would understand your gibberish. Just admit it, you tried to backtrack and it didn't work. It's okay, we all mess up sometimes, but denying it only makes it worse. Three fails and you're out, sir.

  • Comment removed

  • 'so mainstream' from a band that are the complete opposite if mainstream.. i dont hear this song as that obvious tune that got played way too much in the 90s. i hear it as a classic from my favourite bands first album.. and this is not mainstream at all iv never heard it on radio or elsewhere i only know about 4 people who have even heard of the crowes.. mainstream would be bieber and gaga get a grip and realise a masterpiece when you hear it

  • What's with all the hipsters here? "So mainstream"...get the hell out

  • @LZEP332 I know right! xD

  • @LZEP332 whats with all the people who think they know who "hipsters" are? lol... generally people who say this have adopted a general negative and ignorant view of a group of people. Hmm but this group can actually be hated on with about any prerequisite... interesting but grossly misinformed. Sorry im not a hipster just a person who gets aggravated at misinformed people who think theyre prophetic... lol

  • @LZEP332 Doesn't it make you want to choke a bitch?

  • who fucking cares if its mainstream it doesnt change that its a good song!

  • It may be mainstream , Still a very good song though.

  • So mainstream

  • @Whyyousuchadumbbutt ...Mainstream? no..

  • @TheCrowes96

Yes. Mucho mainstream. everyone's heard it, It was overplayed on the radio when it came out

  • @Whyyousuchadumbbutt dude just because everyone has heard it doesnt make it mainstream. it just means its good music.

--even though they did over play it on the radio.

  • @TheCrowes96

Dude. That's what mainstream is. Mainstream is something overplayed ex. Stairway to heaven, Smells like teen spirit. .Very mainstream
