Yeah that´s perfectly true, I forgot about it. Elisabeth sold her cosmetic company to save the house, while they were still engaged. So she worked quite a while with Arno in his building company. That didn´t went well so Elisabeth left the company before they divorced. I think the authors were not that creative to repeat the story....
I think he is overreacting because Susanne did so much for her father she really loves. Can´t understand his reaction, though...
but isn't the story with arno and elisabeth and house even older? didn't they both have to move out once, because arno nearly lost his company? and didn't elisabeth get money through her cosmetics company to reby the house when she was still together with arno? that was, when the arno-elisabeth affair had only begun... wayyyyy back. if that was so, now there would be a parallel - only that arno refuses to be helped since now elisabeth is a lahnstein.
Because of this past he really hates the Lahnstein family. Arno needed a huge amount of money to save his house. Susanne and the other two guys lend it from Elisabeth, but told Arno that it was a privat credit. (The bank did not want to lend them such a huge amount of money) Now that Arno know, that Susanne know, he feels betrayed by her and that is why he wants to kick her out of his house....
Yeah the whole problem is located in the past: Arno and Elisabeth once were married. But then Elisabeth divorced from Arno to marry Johannes Lahnstein. (He is dead by now)
Elisabeth got rich by that, because she got a lot of money when Johannes Lahnstein died.
Three week ago Jana died in an accident and Arno blamed this of course on the Lahnstein family. (Leonard betrayed Jana with Sarah and Jana found it out which resulted in the deadly car accident)
Yeah, he is stubborn but throwing them out was a bit harsh. My German is awful, but didn't Lisa lie about Fabian in the last episode? How did Arno become mad about Elizabeth and money all of a sudden?
Does anyone have the patience to give me a quick summary?
Yes Lisa lied about Fabian and then told Katja that Susanne/Mathias/Katja lend the money from Elisabeth what Arno diddend want because it's the money from the von Lahnsteins ans Arno hate the von Lahnsteins!
Maby i told it a little bit wrong at the beginning but Katja was so angry to Arno because Arno is so stubborn to all the help that everyone want to give him and then she said it!
Ok, no. It makes perfect sense, thanks. I just wanted to know what exactly Arno was so mad about because in this episode, Fabian is sitting next to Lisa and not slapping her, so there must have been something even more serious afoot.
yes, he is a hateful character! he is alianating everyone, in the end he will be old and alone and it will be even more miserable to watch him LOL
