Nick and Sharon are the reason I started watching Y&R & unfortunately, I could not catch every episode at that time. Do you happen to have the video of Sharon telling Nick what Matt did to her? Yeah I think it was Christmas '95 because I remember Nick and Sharon married in '96 and in this clip, they aren't married yet.

I believe the year was 1994 or 1995. Nick was in jail for shooting Matt Clark. Nick was mad at his mom because of the way she treated Sharon. She blamed Sharon for Nick being in jail in the first place and never felt that Sharon was good enough for her son. If anyone else remembers this clip, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's what it's about.

Yeah, but if it was Nicks involvement with her that lead to Nick being in the slammer, you'd think he'd be as cheesed off as Nikki is. Remember recently how he treated Phyllis when he found out about her affair with Nick.

And it was the combo of Nick's temper & Matt's evilness that put Nick in the slammer (not Sharon).
