So this is Irish ? Never heard of this song until last night while jamming with a friend. We played the hell out of it. Way more rock n roll version, but this is defiantly the song.
@teamhex . It's by American singer songwriter Steve Earle, Born in Virginia and moved to Texas at the age of two. It's from the album 'El Corazon' The original is much more Rocky and I changed it a little for acoustic. Thanks for watching and ...Keep Jammin',
Paul, I play this all the time. I wrote this to you long ago, but God I love listening to you and your rendition. You should burst with pride.-pummelts
Not just yet. However, I could try an ausio swap with you> Not sure how that works - I'll look it up. You can download the video with the audio. When it's playing hover your curser over the picture and it should trigger a tab 'download video'.
how interesting that your only two songs are songs of my favourites from the respective artists. I had the pleasure of hearin taney town live last year. My girlfirend said 'I hope he plays taney town' and I thought ' yeah right' and then to my amazing it was the next song. Its fairly obscure for a Steve earle song though
great guitar work up there with the best keep doing it ahhh

Nice singing...I'd like to hear you double your vocals and sing a (high) harmony with yourself

Perhaps both our humours are crossed. - In the Edit you mentioned the D. In the original track he uses a G.
Apologies if I appeared sarcy. No intentions or inclinactions in that region.
Thanks for your comments.

LOL ':D' is a grin you silly man!!!!!! :) (thats a smile) I was giving you a grin after i said it was the shit!!!
Peace dude
PS a, learn some slang [eg 'the shit' means it's very good] b, learn about smilies!!

Gottcha... Shit means good, Bad means good. D means smile. I'm finding it difficult to keep up with all this new jargon.
Peace, Now that we both understand..
Peace Dude...
