There are so few people going in as there was a lot of bags being checked. Believe me there was a lot of people waiting to get in as I was stood in the hour long queue!
Is this the british version of the dutch "pinkpop festival" or something like that? Bit disappointing to see a big set of doors open, and just see a few people with backpacks and other camping parafanalia walk in...
The site opens up on wednesday and the main stages open up on a friday so theres like a slow trickle of people that turn up for the festival on wednesday and it gradually gets busier and busier by thursday. Its a good festival 1 of the best in britain certainly the largest i know of in britain. I usually go every year because of the diversity of the bands and everyones really friendly down there ive never known any trouble really.
Glastonbury is the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in the world, not sure why so few people are going in but the attendance is normally around 175,000.
Imagine getting busted for drugs as soon as you go in! haha
