@GinkoArtEtc Well technically he does, IN the manga he has brown hair. They even said it in the Manga. And Bisco designed these uniforms because she thought they were more suitable for a drama.

@shawnissohot I respect your opinion, but don't you think that in Japan - where Ouran is - it would be difficult to get blondes? And if they had used Americans, it wouldn't make sense, because Ouran is in Japan? Besides, if you look at the manga, Tamakis' hair, and Honeys', was more brown than blonde.
