Can you show the rolling road graphs before and after the tuning? You must have them in order to make a comparison. Simply guessing a figure is no good!

The modifications you suggest would not produce that much extra power unless damage was being caused to the engine. You are pushing it well beyond design tolerance levels, so making every associated component work under stress. This will give the customer a HUGE repair bill in time!
