  • Nice, pointless glitch. I found a pointless glitch on SF2 Turbo (SNES)... Play VS mode & win a round, as the character is KO'd, turn the SNES off & on again quickly. Go back to VS mode & all the stats will be mess up, giving a lot of special KOs & wins for different characters. Can anyone else get this to work? (I would record it but can't)

  • they look on each other like: "what the fuck happened?"

  • Oficially, you broke this game, nice hahaha

  • I remember finding a few glitches like this. You could get hidden sound effects if you messed around with the sound test in a certain way. There was also a glitch where you could get the boss characters to show up as P2 on the character select screen, but unfortunately you couldn't actually play as them.

  • And the glitch? .-.

  • took me nineteen trys with your glitch. i like it,

  • @Spike1885 i did it in 2 trys took me 20 trys to do alternate color

    D

  • @jahnsmikey Yup. No Round 2.

  • watch?v=q8Gp35fH4fs

  • that's not a glitch, it's the remix from lady gaga

  • なにがしたいんやこいつ…

  • you unlocked the worlds first practice mode in street fighter 2 lmao

  • You must have been bored out of your ass to figure this out

  • @suspekt29 Well living out in a country from a small town with hardly any neighbors, heck yeah I was bored.

  • You broke it!

  • @keepthebeat929 (gasp) Omg what did I just do? lol

  • I WANNA SEE A FIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • This Is One Hell Of A Glitch No Matter How Hard You Try You Can't Get Chun-Li Back In The Kitchen Were She Belongs

  • I know a much faster way to do that Glitch =] When The screen says capcom. On a Super NEs Controllerquickly hit Down+, R,Up, L,Y,B

  • Some of that, like the no health bar and the glitchy words, are things I saw while playing with game genie years ago. I'll never forget the quirkiness of playing with a sillouhetted Blanka and doing the movement for Ryu's hurricane kick, to see Blanka jump up and float toward the enemy electrified while "Blanka" shouted out, "Tastu maki senpu kyaku!" Good times.

  • immortal Chun-Li

  • a lot ot free time to discover this huh? :p

  • That dude in the green that's in the background is choking his chicken. Why would he do that publicly?

  • funny how youtube can expose all these rare glitches most people never knew of... what the internet does now for yah... tha's why those nintendo power and egm trick section was soo cool back in the day and why no one cares about them today... cause we know about the tricks before they do...

  • 2:19 - 2:35

If you don't teach her the first time, she'll always think she doesn't have to make you a sandwich.

  • 2:09 how do you do that?

  • @kenzeda You mean the fireball move? Slide the movement of control pad or joystick (or whatever you're using) from "down" to "forward" and as soon as you get to the "forward" button hit one of any punch buttons. The "forward" and any punch button should be pressed simultaneously. Note that every different punch button executes different speeds of fireball. Hope you understand.

  • @IbukiSF3 oh thanks. for which character is that? like ryu? honda? or who

  • I remember seeing this one listed in a book of really strange cheat codes for SNES games like "codes you never knew existed". There were some other really funky ones too.

If I remember right, it also changes some of the sound effects when you play them in the options screen.

When you're a kid, there's no such thing as "wasting time." =P

  • I was walking down the street and found a used condom with an iphone inside. How lucky was I?

  • @benignpsychosis To me it's more like how random is that?

  • @benignpsychosis who cares?

  • Comment removed

  • Bad programming, you're probably filling up the memory after your 27 tries which makes the program unable to load some other features. (But apparently not crashing!)

  • but why would you bother doing that 27 times you fooken dope,

you could be fuking a lady, butno you exiting street fighter 27 times doosh

  • Down, R, Up, L, Y,and B.

The hardest code i have ever attempted.. and i still can't do it.. do you have to be really fast?

  • Comment removed

  • Well Capcom has said that its their bugiset game they have published.

  • Ryu got a draw out of all that?! He inflicted about 10 rounds worth of energy loss during that time. Very nice!

  • No offense but damn...I thought I had too much free time when I was a kid. XP Kidding.

  • Lol, it is like you found the hidden Training mode!

  • That glitch brought me back. *lol* I've forgotten about that.

  • The other day, I was playing in MAME emulator "Street Fighter II (The World Warrior)" with E. Honda against Blanka (Blanka stage), and then, the Ken's ending weeding song started. Anybody knows anything about that extrange glitch?

  • Could be that after you K.O. Blanka the next stage was then Kens so thats when his wedding song came on, while you were fighting against him with E.Honda of course :D

  • I don't know. I remember I had just lost the last round in Blanka's Stage and Chun Li's ending song (where she had different clothes) played out of nowhere. I thought it was like a dramatic loss with that music playing as soon as I got ko'd but yeah that was weird.

  • @AsamiyaShin1978 If you turn on cheats and switch your character to another one in the middle of a round, some of their attacks will be weird - causing the wrong damage, the wrong sound, crashing the game or causing a different piece of music to start playing (!!!). Try it out in MAME! Maybe something similar happened when you were playing?

  • AH! :) I didn't see those dots. The flags probably caught too much of my attention to see them :P LUUK HOOZ TEH DUMMAY NOWW!

  • Comment removed

  • @SomeGuyFromKidsTube

Umm...no. Look at the little dots on the map. They're in the right places. The flags are near the dots, so you can see where they are.

  • Yes, excellent find. I will have to try that one for myself sometime.

  • What is the lil icon?? When I was young I used to think it was Chun-Li... seriously what is it?

  • Its baby Chun-Li lol jk.

  • @jakeypearce no seriously what is it lol

  • I think it's an item from another Capcom game. I think it's from "UN Squadron" but I'm not sure.

  • cool stuff ~

  • I like the way they just stopped and looked at each other. Like well you got something to say LOL.

  • excellent find.

  • I remember when this happened to me one day and i had no idea what i had done lol Being only a kid i thought i had broke the game or something :P

  • @dragonps Lol

  • -.-!

  • you can do this another way, i think it was

    Down-Down-Up-Left-Y-B

man i cant believe i still remember that....

  • @charld maybe i should try that for myself ;) where do you do the code at?

  • @ninjamonkey6751

start doing it at 0:03 of this video, when the music first starts to play

  • funny stuff ^^'

  • super !!

  • wow .. that's great that you found this.. I know it's not much but it's still pretty interesting. You were quite the curious cat lol

  • it was in a gaming magazine back in 93 or so. at least thats where I found out about it.

  • Holy crap, It worked!

  • Chun-Li is good in bed, but not great

  • True

  • rofl

  • she god huge legs

  • @burns4784

    You mean you tried?

  • @burns4784 Now blanka.. now he`s a beast!

  • Im finding it hard to beleive its a glitch atm and not the same video on loop

  • bad programming...bad looping :P

  • lame

  • Seems like the game somehow mixes up the Demo/Attract Battles with the real game - fun stuff, gonna try that on my SuFami version.

  • It really IS wierd.

  • whast tha!!!!

  • Ken looks like Nicolas Cage

  • Na, ken HELLA looks like owen wilson

  • ken have small nose

    owen got th biggest

  • I thought the same thing hahaha!

  • ai dentro.....

  • omg thats so weird!

  • read the info

  • Man, couldn't you have just cut through instead of showing all 27 times?? lol

  • likely for authenticity reasons

  • Then how would anyone believe the glitch?

  • @onebadlt123 Yeah, because most people who comment on youtube videos are perfectly reasonable people, and would have certainly believed something that someone said, even without exact proof, good point.

  • @onebadlt123 Well it's because I wanted to show everything to show prove that it's true.

  • @onebadlt123

I think it even works less than 27 times, not sure exactly the number though

  • How bored are those guys which found this glitch ?!

  • 27X

  • thats a weird glitch. they may have known about it, but left it cuz it sounds like its really random.

Besides, how many people are going to randomly exit the options menu 30 times? its completely random, and it doesnt harm the gameplay permanently either, if you want to play...just dont do it lol

interesting i guess, though. And yeah, apparently theres no health bar, because you DEFINITELY killed her if there was a life bar, by far.

Oh, and I use ChunLi to beat Vega for you guys down there.

  • Memory issue I'm sure.

  • what it means?

  • Used up the memory? Not enough RAM?

  • tomar no cu é pouco!!!!!!!!!

  • Is there a glitch to get Balrog, Vega, Sagat, and M. Bison?

  • I think there is. I remember a friend of mine was able to pay these characters with the original sf2. I just dug out my SNES out of the closet and've been looking for this code all over the net. No luck so far. Does anyone know what it is?

  • yeah i looked online too and it said to beat vega you play with people that shoot a far distance like sagat, guile, dhalsim, ryu, ken, and chun li so i was just wondering.

  • heres the cheat! to beat VEGA=play good

  • It required a game genie if i'm not mistaken.

  • others have found it too; this was published in an old issue of nintendo power (unless if you were the guy who submitted the code)

  • I remember seeing that code in an old Tips & Tricks issue that contained codes from Nes up to N64, Sega Saturn, PSX. I think that magazine issue was called "The Ultimate Code Source" or "Book"; that issue came out around '98 or '99. I don't remember and I can't tell you the exact name because even though I have the magazine, the cover came off a long time ago and it's somewhere back in my hometown. I knew the code before that issue came out but it was my first time seeing that code in a T&T mag.

  • This is very hard to discover.

  • i say its a test screen like in the opening if u wait awhile a computer match appears like this

  • Wow that's just plain weird :/

  • huuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu q mal video

  • holy fuk u gotto go all the way till 1.33 cause he's doing that 26 times to the option screen in this video .. wow .. 1.33 of 3.06 thats like around half this fuking video .. WTF lol

  • good lord couldn't you of started the video after you've done it like 25 or so times.

  • i found a snes cartridge on the ground when i was little, it had the label snd picture torn off so i took it home put it in my SNES and it was street fighter 2! how lucky was i?

  • I remember my mom paying $70 for this game in 1992

  • Lucky bastard! Now you know how Charlie found when he found the golden ticket for Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. ha!

  • RY: There's a Charlie in Street Fighter 3.

  • @Wstickman oh man! I wants it back. You stole it froms us. My precious.....

  • is the glitch suppose to be no health bar...

  • Never played this version.. A little creepy without music... I need my sound effects :)

  • played this game back in 1999

  • oldest glitch ever!!!

  • Classic game ever!! Strange glich...

See a Street Fighter 2 movie at my profile...

  • what the hell even happend?

  • I got this for the 360 at the marketplace, does anyone know how to make the alternate colors go away and play the regular costumes play?

  • press the b button on ur 360 controller to change costume colors

  • Thx much, rite after I posted this but thx alot man, u rock.

  • just click x for thier regular costumes

  • Thx much I found that out rite after I posted this thx, you rock

  • no problem. if you wanna play me my gamer tags cpt america 916

  • That's awesome. It'd be cool to be able to manually turn the HUD off.

  • The beginning of that figth was especially nice man, even if it was stage 1.

  • This glitch was mentioned in Nintendo Power way back when.

  • nice !!!

  • getting it on

  • Funny how some of those SNES games had weird bugs. Mortal Kombat on the SNES also had quite a few, especially concerning the handstand-grab of sonya.

  • Street Fighter al igual q contra III, top gear y mario bros., fueron el simbolo de nintendo en pleno 90s, k buena adolescencia k vivimos

    !!!!!!!1

  • lmao

    too funny

  • old...

  • Weird.

  • staring contest lol

  • check out joystick madness on my page if you like street fight and hiphop

  • Nice glitch.

P.S.: The Down, R, Up, L, Y, B code is not a mere "alternate color costume code". It has a practical use. With it, both players can choose the same fighter which is not possible otherwise.

  • haha Thats tight man lmao

  • i remember reading about this in egm back in the day.

  • all that for another color on his clothes? The white even fitted him better...

  • Haha, neger means the N word in Swedish.

  • So it is in dutch

  • nintendo power had this code

  • Congratulations on your OCD.

  • haha

  • LMAO!!

  • yo man wats good i came upon a glich where i heard no sound after the 33 battle as i was play street fighter 2 warrior not the turbo version.i started to get weird ass music like tekno or some kind of music it seemed like the more i did patterns the more different the music sounded for each stage .how do i get too that point ?i wish i can do that again......does anyone know how to get that glitch????help

  • raise you hand if you used to dream of Chun Li. Don't lie you know you did.

  • Haha... I remember this glitch being printed in Super play magazine (I think it was Superplay anyway?) Nice vid, brings back memories. :)

  • Now there's a weird glitch...

  • ....Down,R,Up,L,Y,B...wonder if i still remembered it....

  • That code is forever embedded in my brain and every time I hear the capcom sound i want to do it lol.

  • lol...good old fashioned memories. Whatever happenend to difficult games and continues?lol

  • wasn't it down, right, up , left , Y,B,X,A ?

  • nah. unless your talking about some different code for a different system. But if you want the championship edition attire and the ability to fight as the same person in Vs. Mode, then i believe its Down,R,Up,L,Y,B

  • I realise now it was for 10 stars (speed) on the SF2 Turbo edition, when the huge "TURBO" logo scrolled on screen

  • yeah i don't remember that code. i do believe when i rented it(back when blockbuster was huge)i think i was always trying to do it but it only came out like twice in 4 days. I'll stick to the original...or xbox live.lol

  • Took a lot of practice to do the full code on the SNES, hence me remembering it all these years later !

  • down R, up L, y, b, x, a !

  • phew - someones remembers it then too !

  • Boy, I remember when I was a little kid I used to wait impatiently for Nintendo Power and Game Pro each month, and as soon as I bought the magazine, I flipped the pages like a maniac just to go to the Cheats Section!

  • I used to have this game when I was young!

  • I can still remember the first time I've rented this game on SNES. It was so cool, the music, the sounds, the grafics, the action... BTW how come you did that so many times lol... It seems like you fulled the processor RAM and for some reasons, you get out of the IF our Case command ( if it was programmed in C ;) )

  • Man, I used to do things like that when I was a kid then I would panic since it was my brother's super nintendo.

  • hahah lol it's often
