She probably did a sweep of the membrane...my doctor did it to me. It is actually a way for them to induce labor. But yeah...it hurts like CRAZY

you should just get a home water-filter--no offense, but ur wasting a lot of plastic by chugging and throwing out smart water bottles (recycling still requires energy)..please think about the environment and the earth.

TMI: i dont know if everyones was like this but when i lost my mucus plug it was about 2-3 inches long and was whitish clear in color and very very thick like mucus.

I just want to thank you for being ballsy enough to share all this "TMI" stuff. I have taken lots of classes about health and have had several pregnant friends, but I still have learned more from you then anyone! I am not pregnant, never been, and dont plan to be any time soon, but now I feel more prepared should it happen.. lol. hope you labor goes smoothly!

I think that tail bone pressure/pain is your baby girl just really moving further down. I remember this extreme pressure while I was pregnant with our 4yro. Try taking a warm bath. My Doc said that I could have a "hot" bath just don't completely submerg your belly in the water. If I was a "gambling" woman I'm going to say your water is going to break & Ms.Bianca is going to make a quick debut.

oh girl...I had the same pain when the doc checked me at 41 weeks. I didnt know why it hurt...until I read about it on the internet! and my friend thats a midwife confirmed. what they do is they put their fingers inside your cervix and try to open it, they simply stretch the cervix and that's supposed to soften the cervix and trigger birth (that was in my case anyway). I had bad contractions for the next 24 hours, then after 30 I had my girl. docs shouldnt do that cervix massage...

The baby is layen so low its spreading ur pelvic bones..an pressure on ur bladder..is from the baby dropping, sounds like ur in pre labor, she possibly stimulated ur cervex, and ur prob dialating more..and ur thinning out sounds like to me. dont think u have too long hun...my guess is next 48 hours..best wishes,, congrats an i wish u a happy healthy baby an super fast delivery!!!

I've had contractions too for 3 weeks now and they get to 8 minutes apart and then go back up from there also. So frustrating!! Hang in there! I go in Monday to have my little boy!!

When it comes time to count contractions, contractionmaster. com is helpful. With my older children running around, it really helped. It actually calculates the time for you. They also have a smart phone app :P

the night before i had my daughter i was up every 30 minutes with the feel like i had to poop also. i was so worried that i was going to poop while in labor that i was trying to go. haha i was getting frustrated because i couldnt go. when i got to the hospital the doctor said that what contractions can feel like sometimes. its sucks. good luck momma.
