to mr47 have u tried turning the idle screw on the carb ???keep on messing round with that there is a guide on here to show u how good luck

ANYONE!!!.... plz help im totaly batheld i just built up sweet cg engine all is well bar 1 thing.. upon start up tryin to set a tic over its just revs right up on its own ,, throttel slide isnt getin jamed gaskets are fine all evidence points to small jet but ive striped and cleaned countless times any suggestion/ideas would be great cheers

My CG125 Brazil is built like tanks & still going strong. I bought mine in 2002 new and it's done 25000mles since, 9 years on it still runs perfectly and still looks relatively new. The cost of ownership is so miniscule its great! This has got to be one of the best thing I purchased with my money!

@mickparker0 I am still driving it, I just need to replace the sprokets and chain, but they had already been on there for ages! But the bike hardly drinks the fuel, lasts for ages. It runs amazing, and sounds lovely - especially since I covered a hole in the exhaust :P but otherwise it's GREAT! I would recommend this for all other younger guys wanting to start learning on bikes.
