FISA was enacted after the Nixon scandal WAY back in 1978, and it permitted the US Goverment to spy on American citizens without a court order for up to "one year."

I think that Patriot Act is empowering FISA domestically beyond its limits.

But the real problem is that Rockefellers and Rothschilds want to kick it A LOT higher.

From getting everyone using cash to plastic, and from plastic to smart cards that record transactions, and next step is fingerprint or worse a RFID Chip.
