  • Thank-you for providing a good video on such an important issue.

  • Thank you for spreading the word about this unpopular, but very important political issue. Members of my family have been affected by it, which made me start looking into it. It doesn't work, it's not humane, it costs society in dozens of ways.

  • ruining lives to line pockets. I'm a victim to of unjust drug laws. 99 I was busted with 5 grams (little more then a 20 sack. First time, got 3 months in jail, along with 2 years probation, court cost. Then they charged me without my knowledge for my urine screening $30.00 each time, pissed in a cup ever other week for 2 years, so I got a surprise bill for $720.00, another for 1000.00 in restitution and my joke of a lawyer got 1200.00 out of me.3 months in jail and $2920.00 lost all for weed

  • This is an extremely important issue. But I hesitate to recommend this video because of the numerous typos/spelling/grammatical errors. These demonstrate a lack of care in polishing the video for public consumption.

  • yup. i was in HS and lazy. and honestly you shouldnt trust anything with a typo or grammatical error cause that means the info is wrong. if you do watch this video in its entirety i recommend forgetting everything you just saw

  • I definitely agree that mandatory sentencing is not worth it, but I'm not as other side of the road as most people seem to be. I mean....55 years...zomg...but i don't believe marijuana should be illegal either. But how many cocaine dealers sold to children under the age of 18? How many single parents started selling it due to economy, which I find respectable, but then started using themselves, and became addicted and failed at parenting somehow?

  • Mandatory minimums are the mark of corrupt and ignorant incompetents that feed on the the blood and suffering of others. Especially for anything non violent and drug related. The more they convict the more enemies they create for themselves and as usual totalitarian greed based governments never hold up as it is in their very nature to self-destruct. Its just a matter of how much destruction they do on the way down.

  • Families Agaisnt Manditory Minimums was started by Mikki Norris, Chris Conrad and Virginia Resner. May Virginia-- May She REST IN PEACE (1946-2007)-- May the Drug War END!
