I'm coming to town to promote my book, FAIRY POTTER. I found the Abbey online & I can tell I'll love it. I think, in fact, that I'll have a book signing party there. This could be better than the Algonquin Circle in New York City! Love, LUHRA TIVIS, soon to be famous author of FAIRY POTTER.
We love the Abbey, it's a great place to meet up with friends and laugh the night away! Just get there early for a table and you're all set! Try the Mac and Cheese, best around!!!
The Abbey is a great place to hangout but the people there are supa dupa fake... They try to act high class(Most who do are usually people who moved from other states who has this picture in their heads of what LA lifestyle is suppose to be smh) but then once the night is over everyone goes back to their mininum wage jobs and struggling lifes.. Sunday night is when I use go cause it's more of a hood like crowd. Anyway again nice place and fake people.
Ok, I've been here many times and it's really not that great...I still feel like San Francisco has better clubs to offer personally. If you have a very deep pocket, then yeah, maybe. Go next door to MotherLoad, get drunk for cheap then come here and pretend to act classy for a closing cocktail.
WTF! Live in Weho and have been to Abby many times, but stopped after a constant note of nasty fake crowd - never pay same price for drinks, so theres a scan going on. Food? right, ask um where they get those great desserts--they buy most of what they sell. As fake as the people who work there. Became a place where people "THINK" they shoud be seen. Try Eleven,,, Way better!
Amazing place, beautiful people. Gay or not, Wow this is the place to see very friendly beautiful people. I am from the mid west, Kansas, and LA people are soo pretty, both women and men.
I love love love this place. I am not Gay but who cares, great people, great food, EXCELLENT Martinis. THE ATMOSPHERE..well u can see for yourself, is just breath taking...
Yes! Yes! This is one of the best places I've been to in the U.S.. The atmosphere, the staff, and the patron's are all very, very nice!!!! The nightlife is certainly the best that one could offer. Most definitely worth the trip, if you haven't been, and if you have, you just keep coming back for more!! Best of luck on 15 + years, and surely many more to go, I am certain!!
