hey I have a BB curve 8320 from tmobile does anyone know why it shuts off itself when i make outgoing and take incoming calls, but does not do it when i text or use other apps? also when the battery is low it does not give a "low battery warning" or beep to remind me that the battery is low.. when it shuts off I hold the power button and it won't power up, i would have to open the battery cover take it out and put it back in. I fully charge it up and it still does the same thing. please help!

@chummy8492 I once did this and it didn't delete nothing is the same as pulling out the battery if you use security wipe it will reset your phone to the factory settings which means you'll loss all your data. but this is just an alternative to pulling out the battery.

That's a soft reset not a 'hard reset'. To do a hard reset (depending on which model you have - this is for a Curve 9300) you go to Options then Security then select Security Wipe the rest is obvious.

Note with a hard reset you will loose all the data you select!
