I bought a 160GB and I was thinking it was alot of memory but once I found out there was 320GB I tought 160 GB was not enough but shouldnt 160 be more than enought unless u plan to put videos? lol

my laptop is not reading the external passport hard drive. It reads my other WD external hd, but not the passport...
when i click on properties it says it's working properly. i see the light working or this external hard drive. but there is no location reading on any drive.
what can i do??

try this right click on my computer go to properties hardware then device manager then see if it is a problem there. if not try switching the usb spot. If that does not work try it on someone else computer if it does not work on theirs take it back to the store.
