I haven't seen them in stores yet, the only place I've seen the figures are Target, and no Squidwards yet.

They are going to make a Squidward figure! I saw it on the back of a newer Karate SpongeBob which just said "SpongeBob" on the front, and had a photo of the figure on the back instead of a drawing.
