I think the hardest thing for me has been learning to discern what information to listen to. Because some information uplifts me and reflects this fact that I deserve love exactly where I am on my path, yet some makes me feel like I am not good enough because I am a trainee, or a certain weight etc. Whilst some information has been life affirming such as being encouraged my Raphael to eat healthily so my channels are clear and I can be open to receive angelic love. Another great video Helen and wonderful message! ;)) so true! I get tired of people making rules as to how we should be and what kind of partner we should have. You would hear stuff like "shes too ugly to be getting married to him..he could get a super model if he wanted." I had a friend once who kept trying to set me up with men in which she though were suitable for me as though I couldnt get anyone else. Another wonderful message! I am tired of everyone going along with society. I was always told that I'm not good enough when I have been attracted to certain guys in my past. And so I never pursued it. It wasn't until I was 26, when I met my first boyfriend that I ignored people and went for it. We are still together today, 6 years later. Of course, it was after I started learning that I deserve love. And also it's all about what's inside that really counts. Great vid!

I feel so lucky that I was born in a place where food and shelter were more important than how you look and I was raised by someone who taught me that honor, dignity, compassion, kindness, understanding of other's plight, and self-love were some of the most important factor in life. I agree. Many people, especially those in my generation, have rules I guess you'd call them, of who you can go after and who you cant, and I've always found that very confusing. Love is blind and it doesnt matter who you are or where you come from, but the love that the two of you share.

1-Yes beautiful Helen...we all deserve to be loved, we all have gifts. i feel we KNOW this deep in our hearts as children. Before the pain comes. At first children know what they are hearing is wrong & it hurts. But it IS eventually learned (& believed) the hard way through their life's path that "they are not good enough, pretty, smart, thin enough" people beat themselves up w/these mantras in their heads, through their lives, but it is my belief that is never their voice.

2-Someone else taught them that. We do not arrive here feeling that way. I have spent many years trying to love someone who did not feel they deserved it. Sabotaging love, dwelling & thriving in chaos. :(

It was very hard to find that jumping off point going from loving them unconditionally and wholeheartedly to loving myself more to not go down with the ship...why? Because I still Love them, but because I deserved more...I deserved Love! Thank you for sharing this message!
