  • zo daar zit je lekker !

  • @mikejollie661751 Zekers :-)

  • hey man, i am planning a similar setup for my water cooling. i would like to know what kind/size of tubing you are using for the water block, and if you are needing to use any converters. and if you could tell me which block that is i would be very smiley :)

  • @DepthChargeBand Well i needed to convert the tubing when i neede to connect is to the pump. Other place where ok. I did make all my own connectors (except for the gardena couplings). I think the tubing diameter was 1 cm. This fits fine on (most) waterblocks. Using this Zalman block; Zalman ZM-WB5 Plus. Hope to see your postings online/youtube!!!

  • Loving the music! The girl from ipanima!

  • i think you should take more advantage of water-cooling by cooling also the chipset and GPUs

  • @Owerlanding458 I agree, if you check out my other vids (named "Motherboard WaterBlock Installed on Extreme Rampage 3") you would see that i have the full motherboard water cooled.

The GPU maybe in the future, but this not cheap.........that's my biggest issue now.

  • @legerstee1 From the looks of it you have already spent a lot you have a separate tower for the water cooling system, whats another 2 water blocks for the gpu's and some fittings and tube. I dont think its much. Nice work though I like the separate cooling system must make a lot more room in the computer and easier for upgrading and taking apart.

  • @EvironmentalistsEdge Yes......your right. But the external watercooling wasn't that much. Budgets are tight at the moment so maybe i will, but unfortunally not at the moment. THanks for your response

  • @vox can you explain?

  • I had a pregnancy scare watching this!

  • @vox90021 Can explain

  • elevators music

  • i feel like im in an elevator

  • Gay~ but throw away the Main CPU exhuast fan~ its useless now, juz making noise n dust

  • Awesome setup dude, the music just fits the elegance of your setup. You might consider having a candle light dinner there with your gf haha

  • @Habeel13 Thanks! I'm saving up to make change to new GPU's but i need a eyefinity setup and on 3 times 1920x1200 resolution so......it must be fast ;-)

  • what about the gpu why only the cpu

  • @Noname7401 Money....money.....that's the problem

  • jello Nice construction you have there but i need to ask what is the make of your Main Case on the Water rig the actual pc

  • @Asgard2693 Compaq Proliant 1600 Server

  • @legerstee1 thats the new of the case that has the pc in the mobo the Cpu ram nd jazz

  • @Asgard2693 Case where de Motherboard is in is a Cooler Master Cosmos

  • Only the cpu cooled?

  • @mrterabyte please please..........your like number XX that is saying that. Look at my other vids....

  • u know what would be better. get a window ac and u that to cool it.

  • @michaelleos Yes you are right!

That would be better......but in my house it's not possible to have such a thing...... :-(

  • @michaelleos pffffffff again somebody who did not look it to the end.

Now my motherboard also is cooled.

More will follow.....only as time and money permit..

  • Dude my imaginary gaming rig destroys that.

  • @masterbrice Yes mine does to. But the problem is it's not affordable. And i do have a life beside my PC for instance eating and other things that cost money. I think everybodies imaginaries rig looks better than this one. In the mean time what is your "un-imaginary" rig looking like?

  • what are the temperatures with it?

  • the song.... EAR RAPE!!!!! GAYNESS!!!!

  • I've got the gene version and i am not yet running on the controller since my i bought my ssd before the new sata came in, my cpu gets to 70 degrees which is quite high but on air cooling is fine since it never gets that high when running programs... when i get my ssd's (raid 60gb) ill see if mine is any different : \... and 45 degrees sounds awesome to me XD

  • @l15tm4n Well there is a design problem with the Marvell Controllers. They have a single PCIe 1x connection and that only support 500mb/s. So if you have the same then you will have the same problem. So don't buy any ssd drives that are faster tan 370mb/s(read) that's the limit that most people found having this controller. I'm now looking for a pcie 4x/8x controller.....just to get it all up to speed. Thanks shit Marvell!!! :-(

  • mate, try to get that cpu up more, i am air cooling my 920 and its running at 4ghz

  • @l15tm4n

I tried but i think this batch wasn't a very good one. It's get really unstable above 4ghz. I've talked to a die hard overclocker (professional team of asus) and he told me that the chip itself can allready make a difference.

My memory is on 2000Mhz and yours?

  • @legerstee1 yeah mine is at 1600mhz, know what you mean by the chip, heard a lot of people cant get it above 4ghz, also wondering how cold is the chip on full load and do you have hyper threading still on? i really want to do water cooling once i get the money together XD thanks

  • @l15tm4n Well i think because i also clocked the memory at 2000Mhz my temp are not that good. mostly around 45 degrees (celsius). Do you have the rampage extreme 3 of asus? because i just bought a vertex 3 and find out that the Sata 3 controller is terribly on the motherboard. Having only one(!) pcie lane (500Gb/s) and the vertex is faster then that!! Have to get a other controller.... :-s

  • мдаааааа нет слов..........КЛАСНО!!!

  • I guess someone likes Brazil :-)

    Cheers from Brazil!

  • So how does it work? Is the computer submerged in water and somehow made waterproff? Please reply i'm very eager to know :p Thanks

  • @RuneFinity44

    No it is not........

  • @RuneFinity44

    ....BAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

  • 5 people hate crazy ideas

  • @Amaroqdricaldari Yes... If

only that kind of people existed, nothing would ever change...

  • Where's the Flux Capacitor and Uranium Pu-36 Space Modulator?

  • @RellyOhBoy I will put these on in my next addon ;-)

  • i'll think about doing that ;-).

    To busy at the moment.....

  • I just wish you would post the temps your getting with that nice overclock :)

  • WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! dun dun dun na na na na WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!! dun dun dun dun dun dun dun

  • I wish i could.......spending the money on different things at the moment.

But i wil in the future!!

I will posts vids when i have!

  • have you upgraded from 9600's yet? please tell me you have.

  • So, is there at all a video of what is in the little H2O box right next to the PC?

  • @NightWolfEditing

Check out my other vids! Youll find it!

  • NOW THATS A POWER HOUSE

  • @KRAYSLiCK999

    Thank you :-)

  • @legerstee1 but IN OTHER WORDS MAN SWEET SETUP

  • @KRAYSLiCK999 thank you, and the nice thing is ............it's so quiet..

  • Yes you are right. Best would be to move it.

But....i don't have the room for it. Best would be to move it outside, but i have to make a hole in the wall...not that good idea. The water temp never goes over 34 Degrees Celsius, so the burning is not a issue ;-)

  • You may want to move the radiator further for it to work more effective. Just saying. It dissipate the heat back into the computer. Some really hot radiators actually can burn wood and plastic.

  • so tell me why getting a super kickign ass H20 cooler if u keep the i7 at 2,2ghz?

  • @TheBigupz im not....it's most of the times 4 gig

  • nice! that CPU is almost freezing i gues

  • That is truely amazing! :) You should do a tut on how you did that. Btw, that music reminds me of classic Sim City ;P!

  • @Xenlex777

    Thanks! :-)

I'm thinking about it for a while but i'm not sure i have much to add to the other howto's on youtube.

    But maybe i will.....if i got some time ;-)

  • gay music lmao

  • @deMithyX

    Gay comment

  • And nobody asking for track name, what a fools, all you can is keeping asking for another guitar metal shit song like "Omg great song, track name please??" so , I'll be first - track name please :)

  • @uscmstormdog

La Ragazza Di Ipanema BY Giovanni Fenati I had to shazam is myself :-)

  • @madstressv you apparently did not watch my other vids. the whole mb is now wc. and did you ever heard of planning ahead?

  • Why all that only to WC the CPU?

  • @legerstee1

Just let him talk.. @sabbathcrazy doesn't understand anything about it.... he doesn't want to or he is just to stupid.

  • @MrLeti84 Thanks MrLeti........i must agree with you :-)

  • @sabbathcrazy

A phase chang is ONLY for the CPU and costs a lot. This water cooling system can do my cpu,NB/SB and GPU and it will in the future......

A phase chang is ONLY for the CPU and costs a lot. This water cooling system can do my cpu,NB/SB and GPU and it will in the future......

  • @sabbathcrazy

First of all the 920 is not the best one to overclock. I build a UNIVERSAL water cooling system. This is a thing build for future expension. And everybody seems to think this has cost a lot. It has cost me not that much!!!! only about 200 euro's. So this DOES has saved money. That's why i build it. I also wanted a super silent system and it currently makes almost no sound. ANd did you ever had a feeling "i have build that"? If you have than you can understand me me.........

  • моя отрицательная оценка из за того что на такую мощную водяную систему ставить такой ПРОСТОЙ системник это нелогично...

  • @Demanasik So you still don't talk any english, this is your second reply and you still don't get it! Afraid that anyone reads your comments?

Your opinion is very welcome, even if it's negative (and motivated!).

  • omg heart attack when the music kicked in @_@ fcking headset!!

  • @crodo123

    HAHA i can imagen

  • what desk is that ive been looking for one like that please!!!

  • @sumaran72

I got it for from from my company when we moved to a new building.

It says Desseree L. on the lower bar.....don't know anything more...sorry....

  • Ah dude come on... At least put water blocks on your GPUs too! Make use of the radiator!

  • @LizzyAston

    HAHA yes your are right!

But......i only want to do that with a really good GPU card! And these are expensive and if want to have one with a waterblock...it costs even more.

But i will in the future!!!!

  • @legerstee1 I just bought a 6950 and it runs great. I'm thinking of getting a waterblock myself... btw, I've always dreamed of doing what you've done, the car radiator thing. It's extreme man.

  • @LizzyAston

Good choice.......if i had the money ;-) i would get the same.....

And if i really had the money i got two ;-)

  • @demanasik please keep it English! And if you have comment about the overkill, I KNOW! I HAVE BUILD THIS WITH THE FUTURE IN MIND, EVER HEARD OF PLANNING AHEAD?

  • @legerstee1 well to me bro there is no such thing as over kill

    its just pure enthusiasm =)

dont matter which monitor you use XD

  • @LunarBankai Thanks, again your right :-)

  • столько вентиляторов на водянке и все ради процца??? короче неграмотный подход богатенького мальчика.

  • @Demanasik

    dont be hating cheapo

he doesnt have to be rich to have such a great system

i have a well built system and i'm not rich

    its called a hobby

    we are pc enthusiasts

    just deal with it cheapo

  • @LunarBankai too true man, too true indeed. peeps just dont get it.

  • nice vid! How long did it take to gain as much knowledge that you have about computers and is water cooling the best form of cooling?

  • @G00n3r4Life

Well i've been interested in electronics/computers all my life. I only got into computer at around 1997. Water is always better than air, because is absorbes heat better. That's why cars have water cooling nowadays and not air (like in way past days!). There are better forms.....but this is the most handy ;-)

  • waisted rad and materials just to cool the CPU rotflamo FAIL

  • @slushomatic

you obviously haven't seen my other video's. They whole motherboard is now watercooled. And i know it's a overkill. But it is a universal cooler. So i connect more than on Computer. Ever heard of planning ahead?

    So what are your builds?

  • @legerstee1

    mine is quite simple

    rampage 3 extreme

    g.skill pi series 1600mhz cas 6

    3x evga gtx 470

    1x evga gtx 460 (physx)

    haf x

    i7 950

  • yay for the cosmos! my favorite case that i will never have lol.

oh and even though i know you have epic water cooling and stuff, i think you should tone that OC down to 3.8ghz. theres not really much gain from 3.8->4.0 and youll be happy that your computer will last a bunch longer than as if it was at 4.0 :)

  • @Gin132456

Yes your right one that......because i allready did!

The 920 isn't the best CPU to overclock so i took it to 3.8Ghz @ 1800 Mhz Ddr3

  • it dos-int really mater how big the Radiator is its the size of the water block

  • @jakestweeker

And the HeatSpreader of Intel and the quality of the heat transfer from the Die to this headspreader.

I know this is a overkill, but i've got more connected now (see my other clips) than only the CPU . And in future maybe will the GPU's watercooled as well. Remember that i build this mainly to by silent. And almost can't hear it. And even with the "small" CPU waterblock with full use all evening (and when i would not add airflow the water heats up to 31 degrees (c).

  • @legerstee1 you ever herd of lapping a cpu its so the cpu can make better contact with the Heat Spreader

  • @jakestweeker Yes i have..

  • @jakestweeker

i am curious on your builds!

    Have pics/vids?

  • @legerstee1 i dot have the $ to build a rig but if i did you beet i would oc it

  • @jakestweeker

OK who knows....i will be here to watch ;-)

  • @jakestweeker there is alot more than that, that goes into howe much heat is carried away from the CPU...Such as speed of fluid flowing over contact point inside WCblock, Viscosity of fluid, ambiant temp of fluid flowing in, distance of the return tube to heat exchanger from the CPU block...ETC ETC. With what he has in that case he could probably WC everything Mobo included if he gets better fans that move more CFM of air through the fins of the rad.

  • you play world of warcraft haha

  • @350zProductions

Uhm.....why do you think that? Because i don't.......

  • wow that watercooling is cool i thing im going to do that whit my computer too i have a RIB004020-rev1 server case 400 watt power suply 500gig western digital hdd asus p4pe-x motherboard 2x1gig ddr400 hyperx gehuegen 1.2ghzintel p4 whit hypertreathing running on turbo (2400ghz) gigabyte 7600gs agp

  • like for the music

  • @musicman387

    Thanks!

I didn't want people to mute there speakers.....so figured this would be the best. (no heave metal wahooO!)

  • I gave you a like because you have good picture... videogame like commentary lol and music that is easy on the ears lol something i dont have to quickly turn it down when i view while working lol i was thinking of getting one of those 9 fan square radiators and mounting it on the side of my case.

  • @takuhari

    Thanks!

Always try to make it good to watch for all people....not only the person who like hardrock ;-).

  • this is the best water cooling idea in the world ^^

  • @Giuliano105

thanks.......is was a lot of work....

And still busy with overclocking and stuff....

  • i just love this set up, liked all the other vids as well, keep it up cant wait for the updates

  • @dexsmasher

    Thanks!

I've done some upgrading. I have put a full waterblock on the motherboard.

Maybe i have some time tonight t post some picture or vid

  • @USOGPcom

The Left case (black) is the one with the water cooling.

Checkout my other vids to see the inside (before it was painted)

    THanks for your post!

  • Looks like a brand new case!

  • I have the same chair :D

  • @sgknexmaker

HAHA yes everybody had it i think :-)

  • @legerstee1 Aha it seems like it :P

  • ./@ NNNNice setup!!

When this project gonna be 100% done that will be cool to have benchmark score

And.. (lol im crazy about that stuff....) Get a cable management system and hide all those wire !! Enjoy your setup much as you can ;)

  • @jee666bee

    Thanks!

    I'm really enjoying it.

But i'm just into the overclocking stuff.

And i'm trying to get my ram to 2000Mhz. But (as i've seen on other forms) getting the i7 920 to 2000 is pretty hard.

Most of the time you have to up your QPI voltage to 1.6 volts or over, and......i'm not that willing to do that yet.

Have you got any experience in overclocking the i7 920

  • well i stand corrected in my previous post :) i cant wait to see the other components wc'd and some wc'd graphics, but to tell you the truth its really amazing you got all of that to work.

How much pressure it being put on the cpu block? It might explode over time, just saying, also what are the temps on the cpu your cooling, thats what i really want to know

  • @blargypaston

Thanks for you great reply :-)

The (clamping) pressure of the waterblock on the CPU is not higher than the screws of the zalman attachtment screw allow me. So this should be ok.

I must say that the temps i got where somewhat disappointing. I think this has to do with the loss in temp conductivity between the CPU and the block. typical value on idle are 40 degrees. Full load on 4.1Ghz are 72 degrees (celsius). I will improve this in the future.

  • @blargypaston

But now i'm still tired of building this thing.Next thing is a full water block for the motherboard......then i'll go from there......
