Looks like Lakin has finally wised up and fired Jensen and APF from his legal team, and hired actual professional lawyers who are experts in military law. I suspect he'll be changing his plea to guilty, since there never was any question of that anyways. At least with real lawyers he might be able to beg mercy based on the incompetence of his counsel, and the stupidity of Birthers in general.
Too bad he had to throw away his career in the process.

Easy with that "military" label, we Marines don't appreciate that. He has the Court (Marshall) over a barrel here, since the administration would simply ignor any request for evidence. To preserve her "authority" the Colonel denies LtCol Lakin's request. He's swinging at windmills here because he's trashing his career for something he can't win, and in fact, will go largely unnoticed. Probably because he IS a doctor, and isn't worried about finding work in the civilian sector.

EMBARRASSMENT? you know whats an embarrassment is having a illegal alien as president... she cant refuse evidence for his defense in a court marshall defense....We love you Mr Terry Lakin .. you must keep fighting ..you have served our country well !
