how does he die? i just started watching and want to know. aslo wasnt the actor playing him in a family chanel show called " in a heartbeat"? because i swear it was him... the show aried in 2000-2001 and i think he played a guy named Hank am i right ?
His death didn't really effect me like I thought it would....it wasn't really all that sad, because you never got to see the Carlin's- or even Chelsea mourning.

and for the first time ever... it wasn't planned... He was actually one of the most loved characters... I mean it was
1) Spencer (or Ashley)
2) Ashley (Or Spencer)
3) Arthur
4) Clay
I guess it was against his morals for a black guy to be succesful in school, smart, educated and open-minded....
