nah this game is ridiculous... explain me why I can't play this shit game when I can play Crysis 2 and Dead Space 2 on high settings with no lags at all? New Vegas graphics are not even that better than Fallout 3 and I had no problem playing it, they screwed us on this game, glad I tested it before buying it... and no patches out? eh they won't get my money.

hey anybody with bad frame rates still after doing patch and this try going into ur advanced settings at launch and turning the water down to low, sounds retarded i know but it helps.

the best way to fix this game would be to resell it on two disks like mass effect 2. this would drasticaly reduce lag, freezing, bugs, and miscomunications between the game and console. i wish i played pc for role playing games but i can't.

@xrickster97x that wouldn't do anything, the only reason ME2 was sold on two disks is because it is a large file that cannot fit on on DVD. For PC you don't even need a disc, all the disk does is contain files. This game was simply very incompatible with Nvidia drivers just like fallout 3 was. Its also why the game runs slightly less smooth on ps3 than on xbox.

@xrickster97x the amount of data stored on the disk for a game this size is tremendus( bad speller).the tiniest scratch or error in a download can destroy the game. many people hade no problem with this game in the beginning. many others did. whatever the case may be the problem is not as prominent as it was and it has become a great game with the recent patches installed correctly.

it works ok but this game should still have no lag. i still get bad frame rates but it is playable. god dam it they better make a official reales still

@captainclayman The Playstation always sucked balls ever since the first one... it was always a lame attempt to generate some extra cash from the gaming industry.

PC is the pinnacle in video gaming, but the Xbox 360 did pretty good for a console (but i dont like that either). Maybe i am too much of a renegade but i was always a PC gamer, and always will be :) a couple choppy frames wont stop me Oyo.

Is that really so bad on PS3?

@RolleRRATM dont get me wrong, i LOOOOVE ps3, and ps2 and ps1, but fallout is just PURE ANUS on ps3. obsidian didnt code it good enough, and bethesda didnt make a ps3 friendly engine.

@TaKeViD You need to install the D3D9.dll driver which lets Fallout New Vwgas use DX9c drivers instead of DX10 because all the Fallout games only use DX9c.
