All the police in London are white and don't even come from London. However more than half the city is black and asian. Somthing seems very wrong with that.
That is not the PM, way too little security. in addition, there's a couple of mercs there, which he does not use. my guess would be senior minister. anf yes the RR does have a light out, but who's going to ticket him?
It looks that way but they're pretty meticulous about that sort of thing. It's far more likely that the 2 main headlights are on alternating 'wig-wag' and we didn't see the car for long enough to notice the pattern.
cool was the PM leaving too go somewhere or somthing coz normally importent MPs or the PM gets a bike esort

i think of it as a massive gameshow with all the flashig party lights on all the vehicles. I see society as a bit like the running man

thats what I thought, but with the HL flash in the met, it's only main beams. Could have simply not noticed it after the routine checks by the shift.
