Maybe - but considering it was invented in 1972 - and the UK was the first country in the world to have it!!! The graphics are crap because of the limited remaining space left in the analogue TV signal. Yes, teletext is crap but you have to admit, it will be missed when analogue is switched off. Digital teletext just isn't the same.
