I like Elly a lot, I think she might have a stagefright issue. Live recordings like this shes terrific and what she lacks a bit in vocals she makes up for in the soul of the performance. But in settings with an audience the bit of emotional power she puts into these seems to clam up and she seems very weak and withdrawn. She'd benefit from some time with a vocal coach, improve on breathing and diaphragm strength. Would loan power and confidence that would kick in in the clutch of a performance.
