The Crimson Tide learned alot from this Game ...they havent lost since this game , the Utes played very motivated and Utah played superb , I think that loss is responsible for the motivation for the Tide in 2009 to win it all in 2009 14-0 , national champs, the tide improved on pass blocking and pass rushing in 09 and finally we had a qb that made good decisions and Ingram won the Heisman , the Utah loss was the key game that motivated the Tide to 14-0 and a Natl Championship in 09

I remember when OU lost to BYU in the 80s. All they could say was wait until there is a rematch. It came in the 90s and OU lost again. All OU fans could say was 3rd time will be the charm. Last year they played, BYU's slow LBs took Sam Bradford out and now OU is 0-3 versus BYU.
