I think it was Klitschko who was scared of Haye's power, that's why he played the defensive game all night and didn't commit himself when Haye tried to draw him in. @Marky88P You obviously don't know much about boxing. Wlad is an outside fighter, fitted with superior height and reach and not the best chin out there. His job is to fight from as far away he can, keeping away the smaller guy with his jab and not let him go inside where he would have the disadvantage with his long arms. That's how he was trained and how Emanuel Steward has perfected him. The job of the other guy is to break that stong jab and come inside, Haye didn't manage to do.

man eddie chambers had a rock solid chin. He had no problems facing punchers like Peter etc but a single right hand from wlad on round two almost got him. Wlad's a monstrous puncher with tremendous one punch power. People like chambers, who had strong chin and highly defensive are almost impossible to KO. but wlad did it

I have read that and after the knockdown you can clearly see that Chambers is not breathing. Boxers usually breathe heavily after twelve rounds of boxing.

Just to be clear...There is zero truth that Eddie stopped breathing at the hospital. Going to the hospital was simply a precaution. After the fight Eddie did many interviews, including this one and went to the press conference and spoke about the fight with the media.

After this interview Eddie went to the press conference.

He went to the hospital after was a precaution. He's doing great and celebrates his birthday on Monday.

Germany was a great experience and the Klitschko bros are very classy and dont get enough credit for being studs!

In fact, I believe that Chambers lost also to Povetkin who is a strong fighter but not a great champion as Klitschko, and might also easily lose to David Haye, which would be punished by Klitschko anyway. Wladimir is 33, and at the top of his boxing shape: not in his prime anymore, but still powerful and experienced enough to intimidate any sane boxer on the planet. Except for his own brother, of course. :-)

There's no shame in losing to W. K., he's the biggest heavyweight champion since Lewis. Chambers is still a top fighter, but he's not in the same league as Klitschko.
