This is actually a Csus2/B... a C major chord doesn't have a D in it. C/B (or Em6/B) would be X22010, so you move your ring finger down to the second fret, but don't lift your middle finger
You could call it a Cmaj7, I suppose, but technically it would be a Cmaj7/B, or a "C major 7, third inversion." It would only be labeled like that it it fit harmonically with the chords around it.
