Good Vid, Although I hate his UI. So much extra useless crap (Items, trinkets that proc automatically, mods etc) - too cluttered, and i garauntee he doesn't even look at half that crap on his screen during the fights (Although as the ret he can just tunnel vision faceroll away...). But, good instructions, 5/5. Again - Tankspot just shows they're good with making how to vids, and smart strategies. Great work. Not trying to troll / flame.

In phase 3, doesn't he also heal the same amount of damage that is done by Leeching Swarm, and therefor also giving a reason to keep people as low health as possible, to prevent him from healing too much?

No, the locust swarm does dmg equal to a percentage of TOTAL hit points. The reason to keep people low is to prevent tanks from dying because healers are occupied on healing the raid. Heals cast at 70% on a target is wasted, because it would take another 7 seconds for the target to actually die. Heals can be easily done at 30% so they are instantly full and tanks can be topped off, main tank takes A LOT of dmg, and OT too if there are still adds alive.

Its alot more complicated then people think. Just because we have few procs doesnt mean ret is easy.

The fact that we NEVER have a downtime (1 or 2 seconds inbetween moves) means that if we miss a cooldown, our dps suffers immensly. Not to mention if two abilities come off CD at the same time we have to immediately assess the situation and think which of the two will be more affective and do more damage.
