It looks like you're trying to do a variation on technical ura nage done in kata, as opposed to the more popular competition version. If you want to do the former (ignoring uke's precise action), don't twist, just go straight back (make sure you lift with your legs and arch your back, of course).

The twist is done in the competition variation, which is often done as a counter to throws such as harai goshi. The twist is done ensure a better position on the ground, and so the ref knows who threw.

Very bad form of Ura nage, especially for a black belt. You should end in line with his body. You land crossways, like in yoko otoshi.

It is a MA-sutemi technique, not a YOKO-sutemi.

And land on your shoulders first.

And put more realism into it. you don't throw him, you show a trick. It's not real.

Anyways, the two styles blend well if you use them in sync
