The old man didn't let him get a word in about climate change or global warming. Religion does harm the environment, when that religion falsely places human kind above nature and all of God's creatures.

I agree with the rabii. The scientist requires a greater leap of faith. In seventh grade, I was taught Darwin as truth. Later I read about the "missing links."  Wake up Jeff! You can't judge all churches from false prophet Miller and all Bibles from most bad translations. Jeff uses morality from Judeo-Christians and won't admit it. That's why we all agree that religion has gone sour. That doesn't mean we give up like we don't give up on our stupid government or else we have anarchy.

I agree with Elijah. The pope's position is the same as the Roman Empire Ceasar. Global Political and religious power. The vatican pulls the strings behind the scenes.

Elijah's nonsensical. The center of the universe bit was fallacious equivocation. The locations where life is found has no bearing on the revolution of heavenly bodies. His no-interpretation bit was downright silly. I suppose the sacred geometry of Hebraic ink blogs causes cosmic knowledge to pour into his fallacy-ridden brain. His antiscience rhetoric is a mere dismissal of logical inference, which, to be consistent, requires the dismissal of his own Bible interpretation.

The public views Christainity as foolish. No wonder. Current doctrines are being taught by men who are in it for financial gain. The doctrines are misleading.

The Underground Bible is a manuscript whose purpose is to direct the reader to a sober, correct understanding of the wisdom in the Bible. This understanding can assist us in our everyday lives.

It is 'chic' to discredit religion. Yet, we embrace Buddism / Hiduism etc.
