That is awful. Today's replicas are as good or better than a skin mount. Majestic fish don't have to die by your gaff. I have never seen a fight with a striper (I've caught many bigger than that) last more than 10-15 mins with the proper tackle.

yeah that fish is pretty good but u should see some of the fish we get in Australia like barramundi (barra) the can get up to 1.5m or 40kg
