Is this technique of gettting energy is renewable resource or not? like... when the detectors connect inside the chamber, doesnt the protons just flow out of it?
Where m_v is the mass at a given velocity, v, m_0 is the rest mass, and c is the speed of light.
This equation will tell you what the relativistic mass of a particle of any mass is at any velocity. Plug in a velocity greater than c, though, and you find the equation doesn't work (it's either undefined or gives nonsensical, non-real answers).
No, mass is invariant and does not change. Relativistic mass is a bad concept - even Einstein warned against thinking about it that way. You can only use it in very limited circumstances and even then it is not physically what is happening.
It is actually the definition of velocity, not mass, which needs to change. This becomes extremely obvious when you start talking about forces and accelerations: you cannot use relativistic mass with Newton's second law for example.

@Strogenforcer Yes but if it does produce a Black Hole, guess who's on the other side of the event horizon?

velocity and speed are different so he shouldnt use velocity as a synonym for speed.
(velocity is an object's speed and direction)

Yes,
m_v = m_0 / sqrt(1 - (v^2 / c^2))
