For 10 years my X wife and the Courts kept me from my Sons. She still tries to this day, I have Court next Thursday in Simi Valley CA. I just want to be in my Sons lives? My X is bitter and has deep hatred toward me and uses the kids as a tool to hurt me but hurts them too in the process. I hope this time the Court talks to my 15 yo son and listens. My sons know the truth now, I love my kids - F4J forever!

Micheal is classed as a Non-Resident (absent) father although he's play and paying a full and active parenting role, purely because the UK Government won't accept parents as individual mums and dads. This starts with the allocation of the Child Benefit. The holder of CB is classed as the Resident primary carer and is eligable for CSA claims against the other regardless of their involvment with their children. micheal cox freed yesterday by Bristol Crown Court. thanks to FASSIT EPA RFFJ AND F4J . We all act together and we CAN get something done
