  • How come everybodys on the wrong side of the road??????????

  • The steering wheel is on the right.... this is in Scotland.

  • That was my attempt at humor. Thanks for letting me know where it was filmed. I own a 66 Simca 1000 here in the States. 26,000 original miles, and still driving it on the original tires. Must replace soon.

  • Great stuff.... good to know Chrysler Europe made quite an impact on American motoring in its day.

  • Didn't really make any kind of impact. I believe only 26,000 units sold. I have one of maybe 13 that still run in all of U.S. Real attention getter when I take it out. People can't believe the Chrylser logo on fender.

  • Well it wasn't just Simca, but things like the Talbot/Simca Horizon which finished here in 1986 carried on as the Dodge Omni right through until 1990. Plymouth Cricket, another Talbot car, and I think a few others over time!

  • Simca 1000 drivers, unite!

  • I used to own a 1962 Simca in Cyprus. Charming car
