@DjFoRealTv Yo, maybe that has something to do with the factthat this video is over 2 years old and also the fact that I am neither Amercain nor English, nor Australian. ;) I'm a simple dutch dude man.
Im actually in the process of getting 6 sealed NES game for under 50 bucks. I knew about the H seal the V seal and the Mexican boxed games that didn't have that kind of seal. What I found helpful was checking out the yellow discoloration of the Hang tag.
@apeazy That's a pretty good deal! My solar Jetman was about 20 if I remember it correctly, I should get back into it again too, money just hasn't really been on my side lately ;)
Heheh, thx I guess, he looked cool so I can live with that :D...wait...mallory was played by Juliette Lewis...that means either you made a small mistake or I have even bigger problems than I thought O_0'
I just bought a factory sealed version of Sonic the hedgehog 2 for the Sega Genesis, but I am left with a huge doubt. It doesn't have the H-seam and the plastic just feels kinda too "stiff".
How do I find out if it's real or not? Do you know of any sites?
Hey dude, I wish I could help, I don't know a lot about sealed sega games, the best thing to do is the same thing I do for nes sealed games: search through google for forums where people talk and debate about their sealed games, you're bound to find someone there who knows what he is talking about.
Even for nes games, I always jump from one forum to another and puzzle together evidence and such, it's the best way to search for sealed games info.
I completely agree, most nes games have incredible box art, some of the finest when it comes to video games.
One of my personal favourites is from my all time favourite nes game 'bionic commando', but NOT the us box art cuz I don't like that one but the PAL only box art.
Unfortunatly since they made the remake and sequal the prices on nes games of sealed bionic commando have sky rocketed...
This may be a stupid question but why buy factory sealed nes games? I either buy loose or CIB games. They may look nice on the shelf but they are pricey and you can't play them. Thanks for the info though.
It's not a stupid question, people collect sealed games for different reasons and mine is simple, I only want my top 10 favourite NES games sealed meaning that I already have them so I can play them.
Yeah, it's a gamble business we're in, I think I might buy a second sealed copy of 'Ironsword' someday and open op the least trust worthy one...none the less having a sealed game in hands truly feels great!

@ripley4O77 I think your english is just about perfect. People shouldn't mind others accents as long as they understand what the fella is saying.

Vette verzameling heb je en wil dan ook graag weten hoe je aan de gesealde games gekomen bent (e-bay?). Ik ben zelf namelijk (ook) een NES collector.

Thats a really good answer, I have thought about getting some of my favorites sealed also because there is some bad ass box art for the nes.
