@soop909 You always do this. Some parts of the foamed milk is lighter and will go on top. If you make two cups with one foamed milk, it would happen that the first cappuccino gets ore of the lighter milk-foam ode the second would get more of the heavier milk-foam. So you transfer some of the milk directly after foaming when lighter and heavier parts are still mixed.
