I was doing National Service Basic Training at the end of the fifties with the Lancashire Fusiliers, a Minden regiment. For passing out we slogged through drill parade after drill parade. They brought in a band from Preston, and on the day the march past followed the British Grenadiers with this. It took all the weight off our shoulders, and we agreed we'd finished the parade walking on air. No-one told us this was the regimental march, the Minden March. Minden Day for that.
Simply the best tune in the British Army, I think its ace each regiment has their own band.
Although I am a Royal Signaller (The Royal Signals), do have tons of respect for the Grenadiers, their a cool regiment, member of the house hold division of regiments to guard the Queen.
I love the rivalry they have with the Coldstream guards, during the English Civil war.
@HansvonEnerich This was the regimental march of the Lancshire Fusiliers.A good tune but not as good as that of the regimental march of the Royal Hampshires.(im biased being ex Royal Hampshires though.)
Can you give me a historical background why it's called "Minden march"
Auch gern auf deutsch ;)

I'm half Welsh/Brit, and to be honest, Scots love Britain. 99% of Scotland chose to be British.
God bless the Queen.
