your doing the curl process wrong you dont twist your arm as you go up thats hammering and concentration curls at the same time do 3 sets of each not mixed!

@Quote47 you dont have to be mean to him, you can actually hurt your back if you keep swinging the wieghts while doing curls, it will make your spine rock back and forth and its not good for the bones or the muscles around it
