Not that I would do any type of bodyweight leg work cos those are high ineffective. put a barbell on your back and squat. That is the best way to gain any functional strength. You do realize that these guys probably do lift weights in addition to this? There should be a balance of both, in my opinion. Compound lifts are going to make you stronger than doing body weight exercises all the time, but I believe you should develop a fair bit of strength with weights before focusing on hypertrophy. Each to their own, however.

They don't go to the gym but i GUARANTEE you they lift weights. Don't fool yourself kids. You will never get as big as some of these guys without liftin weights

Of course they're lifting weights. Their own fucking body weight. Do you have any knowledge of growing muscle? A lot of male gymnasts don't use iron weights and look at how big they are. They probably do a lot more reps than most people who use lead/iron weights. These exercise work the core. I'd rather do what they do. You could easily get as big as these people. As long as your not an ectomorph trying to become and endo or mesomorph.
