  • Slight correction. Jesse Larson had absolutely nothing to do with any Paw album. Peter Fitch played on all of the Paw records. Jason...who is a great bass player and a friend of mine, only played on a short instrumental piece of the 3rd album.

  • Greatest band ever!

  • Paw are awesome. One of the few original bands on the tale end of the Grunge scene. They are hugely respected in the music industry for doing their own thing. They missed the boat with the sound. No detriment to them. They play what they want, make amazing songs and continue to inspire. The industry decides what goes on and what gets held back. With Paw, the scene was changing. They were a band out of time. I remember when they first released Dragline to critical acclaim. They still are awesome

  • I think I was born in the wrong era. /: This music is WAAAAY better than this pop shit they have now, seriously.

  • @aprillovescookies123 seriously, popular stuff was way cooler back in those days, the 90s with grunge and nu metal and good stuff

  • great remember!!!!!!!

  • Wtf...paw sound like paw, to me there is no similarity to pearl jam, they dont even have a grunge sound, dragline and traitors were killer rock albums by an original sounding band. Paw fckn rock!

  • good sound and good album

  • Those first 2 Paw albums, sublime. Criminally overlooked. I'm glad they're still gigging but damn, they shoulda been bigger. Same as the Screaming Trees they shoulda been bigger too. Hope Paw tour the UK sometime.

  • They should be under "pre-meditated post grunge".

They are just Rip offs of grunge. And this sucks anyways. The voice sounds like hair metal. And damn even the guitar too. The whole fucking thing does.

  • @wy74 .. Really?...so whens YOU'RE next, or first, or ANYTHING album coming out?!..Have some respect. They dont sound like pearl jam, nirvana, sound garden, or alice in chains.. all of those bands which i also love...its a heavier and mellow sound, crossed with a tad of country..admire creativity

  • @snapmode5 Uhm? What would it matter if I were putting something out or not? That's totally irrelevant. I don't give a flying fuck who they don't and do sound like. They are just rip offs because they want to be exactly like them, and took the sound. I think it sounds terrible on a different note anyways. There isn't any creativity in mimicking. Don't come to me with a "higher than you" attitude. My opinion, and my voice. How's that for a heavier and mellow flow? Fuck you and have a nice day:)

  • beautyful

  • Dude Paw is still around, I know Grant Finch. They Just don't play huge shows because they all have day jobs.

  • @1009774 With original members?

  • sounds like a pearl jam rip off

  • @mrshnarfles uhhh. no... vedder sounds like he has a mouthful of marbles and clarity is his worst enemy.. where you can clearly hear and understand this singer.. ty come again...actually dont come at all..just sit there and bash your non having album music career ass, and ;leave the critiquing.. to the criticis...not like they have much sense on what sounds good or not.. much like yourself.

  • @snapmode5 YEAH?! well that's just like... your opinion man

  • @mrshnarfles Do you think so, Dipshit???

  • @snapmode5

You haven't a clue , Paw is amazing

  • @cacioppo28 yup. i only saw them in milwaukee and have everything they have as far as music releases... really what do I know? Thank you for telling me that Paw is Amazing....like i wasnt able to formulate that alone....really. what havent i a clue about?.. really i am curious....

  • I hope one person dies tonight

  • Wait, is this Fitch or Hennessy on vocals? Sounds Hennessy. His voice is not the right range for the vocals, should have tightened that up...

    I LOVE PAW!!

  • @powerinknowing It is Mark Hennessy.

  • i MISS YOU 90S ! PAW YOU'RE 90S

  • Die to night your mother!!!!!!!!!!

  • I hear Mark Hennessy teaches poetry at a Kansas college. Seriously, if I wasn't from NY I would have enrolled in the class no matter what the cost was. PAW's music can conjure up feelings of so many different things. Great memories, good and bad times ect... Hell, it is so powerful it almost makes me feel as if I DID grow up in Kansas just hanging out in the woods in a pickup truck drinking. Anytime music can take you so vividly to a a place or a memory, there is something very special there...

  • Just cannot believe that they never get bigger TV and radio attention!

  • I love the rhythm but for me the voice just doesn't cut it, there are just some parts I palm face when he sings. XD

  • Absolutely gorgeous-

Mr. Hennessy really could bring it.

  • @MrGhostface2001 maybe if it wasn't riddled with mistakes.

  • Loved this band back in the day. Saw them twice in London around 1993/4. Two of the best gigs I have been to and the band had such a blast performing in London. The crowd went nuts.

Excellent band and I believe their first two albums are minor masterpieces.

  • Saw these guys in Madison WI back in '94 in some nameless hole. Amazing energy and sound, and I hadn't even heard the album yet. Dragline was a great album, plain and simple...Death To Traitors less so but still quite good.

  • CORRECTION "STEAL some change for booze." I got to exited to spell correctly.

  • Paw has the greatest lyrical lines ever.... " I snuck in your bedroom to stel some change for booze." How f**kin' cool!!! Where are they now?

  • Don't know. Mark was in a band called Diamond Hearts Club for a while. Was in Myspace. They are gone now.

  • what a shame more ppl didnt buy there records. theyre awesome cant think of a bad song they did!!

  • I saw them live back in college at MTSU. It was a free concert on campus on a Friday afternoon. It got rained out so they moved it into the University Center. There was only like 25 people that came to see them. I ended up getting thier CD signed by the band. They were great live. The 90's were a special time......
