wow she did great! Kim Yuna is like an actress and knows how to make herself look good and knows how to receive high scores, but Mao Asada truly skates with her heart and always challenges herself (with triple axel and so on..) and pushing her limits! Even if her scores are usually lower than Yuna's, as a skater and as a person, I think more people are inspired and touched by Mao's performances. In the end, that is much more meaningful than always being No.1 score wise. She's No.1 in her way!
This competition held in Korea and this video is shot by Korean which they use Samsung equipments not Sony or any other Japenis product. You could see the quality and difference between Japan and Korea technology.
Mao doesn't need to show her facial expression when she shows them in her movement. She has a different form of artistry and I don't think she should copy other figure skaters on how they interpret the music in visual forms.
forget it. japanese always like to say koreans are the one who made mao bad.. which is fake. she won the competition, no koreans disturbed mao and that koreans disturbed her is a rumour. and somemore, no judge there was actually korean so do not say she got low for pcs because of koreans. ok? it is because her expression is not enough.. i understand it is because the music is heavy..
In the OP, I only hope that judges are fair and never give unreasonable points to the skater who can't do even a sit spin and whose StSq looks like just skip.

videoing by a stuff of the hotel. Im shocked when I watched this video published on the net. But she never gave up and succeeded. Mao, you are a very tough woman. I respect you!!
In spite of many disturbing situation, Mao did her best and it is amazing. It must make very special value in the figure skate history. She always challenge and win!!! Her very artistick step is un believably beautigul and it is very different from another coreography. I admire you very much MAO!
On a side note...is it just me or is this the absolute worst version of Rachmaninoff's Prelude in C# Minor? Where is the piano? That footwork needed the haunting melodies played by the piano not the violin!
Just great! She landed two triple axels! Just amazing! But I really don't understand why she got only 58 points for presentation. Anyway I really loved the peformace. There is power, speed and drama.
@ynkisno1 Did you see Mao's technical scores? It's highest than Kim's in all the season! Kim leads with program components... and it's easier smiling beautifully to the judges than doing two perfect triple axels.
Highest by how much? 5 points below 130+. Not broke 210+ for combo scores either. Triple axel only 8 points while triple lutz-triple toe is more than 10 points. So, I guess you see which one is more difficult. Queen Yuna program is ISU textbook and no one can beat it.

浅田選手の演技のすばらしさはテレビで見て分かっていたが，この動画を見て，演技と一体になった音楽のすばらしさを感じた。テレビでもこんなにはっきりと音楽が放送されていたのだろうか。この動画には実況解説がない。他のスポーツでは，競技と同時に実況解説しても，問題ないが，フィギュアスケートでは，音楽も重要な要素なのだから，音楽にとって，夾雑物になる実況解説は，演技が終わってからにしてほしいと思う。コンサートの最中に実況解説をすることはないのだから。

ポジションの美しいスパイラル、そして表情にはとてつもない凄みを感じます。
ツイズルから入るストレートラインステップは気迫がこもっていて見るたび涙が出そうになりますが、四大陸は中でも鬼気迫るものがあります。鳥肌立ちます。
